I made it clear to Leon right up front that I had a less than pleasurable experience with the last Lexus dealership I purchased from and would walk away if this inched towards a similar experience. From the start, Leon was personable, professional and engaging with my myself and the kids. He made the end-to-end experience easy, efficient and painless. Further, his communication through delivery of the car and helping with various items after delivery have been stellar, exactly what I had hoped for if not exceeding expectations.
