I purchased a Lexus certified NX300h for my wife. She couldn't be happier with the car and several of her coworkers have commented that they though it was a new car. In terms of the actual purchase, it was the most straight forward car purchase I have ever made. There were no up-sales, high-pressure pitches, or expensive add-ons. My salesperson (Herb Kunins) was a straight shooter and the sale price discussed with Herb was the price on the final invoice. Post-sale Herb worked with me and around a complicated work/travel schedule to make the car available promptly even though the purchase took place over a Veterans Day weekend. I hope all my future car purchases are as smooth and pleasant as this one. More
