Recently purchased a 2023 Lexus RX 350h from Lexus of Watertown, after a 3 month wait for the new model introduction, manufacturing and delivery. Our sales rep was Leon Barnes, who was excellent - court Watertown, after a 3 month wait for the new model introduction, manufacturing and delivery. Our sales rep was Leon Barnes, who was excellent - courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He was easy to reach by phone, email or text and always responded on a timely basis. Leon kept us updated on the status of the vehicle's manufacture, shipment and expected arrival. After delivery, Leon spent a good amount of time with us going over the vehicle systems and software. This was very much appreciated, as so much of the technology is new. Catherine Rogers, the dealership's Finance Director, was also excellent in finalizing the transaction in a courteous and efficient manner. Overall, we were very pleased with the entire purchase experience at Lexus of Watertown. More

Was told this was a market based used car dealership yet they were charging n g over $4k more then fair market value for a high mileage vehicle and was told they would not sell vehicle to me for fair market they were charging n g over $4k more then fair market value for a high mileage vehicle and was told they would not sell vehicle to me for fair market value when I had already watched the vehicle on their lot and in there position for almost a month with multiple injuries and offers in their inventory. Definitely not a dealer looking to move inventory except to over inflate prices and saturate the market with vehicles that aren't worth what they are selling them for. Stay away! More
