Herb is best, there isn't much else to say. He was personable, honest, and had great integrity. I needed extra paperwork for the IRS, to claim the used EV tax credit, and Herb got it done like He was personable, honest, and had great integrity. He went above and beyond in having the dealership send out the paperwork required as well. I bought a used 2016 Nissan Leaf and it was in excellent condition. We went to Lexus of Watertown to test drive preowned Lexus yesterday. First, we test drive a Lexus HS with less than 80k miles. This HS was totally not ready for sell and it was exactly the same condit Lexus yesterday. First, we test drive a Lexus HS with less than 80k miles. This HS was totally not ready for sell and it was exactly the same condition as just traded in but the car was in the dealership for almost one month. The check engine light was on, the AC was not working, the driver seat made a lot of noise while moving forward and backward, and lots of body damages around the car. When we drove it, it made a lot of noise here and there while the road is rough. In conclusion, even a private seller on CL or FB won't show people a car like this. It was really JUNKYARD condition. We thought that might be a special case and we went on to test drive another car, a Lexus ES350 with less than 50K miles. Before we drove, we immediately notice and passing side mirror was damaged. While we were driving, there was a sound from the wheel. I believed it has a bad wheel bearing somewhere. Yet another car the dealership show customer exactly condition as people traded in. That was 100% like this and we felt it's enough. No need to try more cars there and we won't buy any car from this dealership from now on. In conclusion, worst that car flippers or private sellers on CL or FB! More
