I had an outstanding overall experience at Lexus of Watertown. I contacted this dealership at the recommendation of a friend at work after a miserable experience with another Lexus dealership in Sharo Watertown. At the previous dealership it was the usual sales tactics, being subjected to every tactic to squeeze out every last dollar. I eventually walked out of the dealership when I was told the dealership would be losing money on the transaction and could not meet my price. I called Adam Skolnick that weekend, and told him what I was looking for in price including my trade-in. Adam actually beat the price I was looking for, with no sales pressure and no gimmicks. I came in the next day to make the deal, and my trade was evaluated. All-in-all, it took half the time to choose the car, sign the paperwork and walk out the door than it did at the previous dealership, and the deal was actually closed. Working with the Finance Manager, Alex Abutaleb, was also a pleasure. The car was delivered on time, the car was thoroughly reviewed in every last detail by Jimmy Yu, with excellent follow-up.
