The next day dropped off my old car, picked up the new car and drove away. I have begun scheduled maintenance and found that process equally painless. My husband and I truly enjoy the short time we spend together with Chad. We have been coming to the Watertown Lexus dealership since we bought the RX 300 in March of 2001. We have returned to Watertown Lexus for almost all of our service. I tried the one in Norwood but returned to Watertown because of the way I am treated. I feel like a million bucks when I go in there! All of the staff there really go out of their way to make a customer feel welcome. As far as pricing goes, well, it is a Lexus, and they do run well for a very long time. Quality of work has been fine, and when there has been a problem, Chad makes sure it gets resolved completely, correctly, and always to our complete satisfaction.
