I hate the car buying process. However, Lexus of Watertown made our experience and purchase simple and hassle free. We first contacted them through the internet. Tenju first contacted me and he was very nice and was able to answer all of my questions. From there, we scheduled a time to meet in the dealership. When we arrived Tenju introduced me to Ed Grady. Ed was extremely helpful and knew the vehicle inside and out. During the whole process, it never felt like we were buying a car. Ed did a fantastic job with us and we never felt pressured at all. After we spent some time together, we finally decided on a price. A price also that we feel was a very very good one. Once we agreed on the car and price, Ed introduced us to Manny, one of the Business Managers. Manny was also very friendly and had a good sense of humor. Manny carefully walked us through all of our optins and exact final cost. Thank you Lexus of Watertown. We can't say enough about your dealership. My wife and I will be picking up our RX tomorrow. We can't wait I have already recommended your dealership to some family members and co-workers. When we decide to get another vehicle, it will be from Lexus of Watertown. I purchased my first Lexus from Watertown 10 years ago as a Certified Pre-Owned. I think I still would have kept it a few more years but my daughters older car just died and she was without a car and struggl a Certified Pre-Owned. I decided to ship my 97 Lexus ES 300 to her and I went online to view what kind of Pre-Owned Lexus I could buy for around $25,000 in cash. I called Lexus and Tanju took my call. He was patient and very courteous and we went thru some of the models that they had for sale. It was nice to see all the pictures of the cars and the CARFAX history. It really made me feel comfortable. I decided that I would go there to see a 2006 model IS250 AWD. When I got there I was greeted by Ken Mulstay the Pre-Owned Sales Manager who treated me like his own mother. I am a 67 year old widow so I went there by myself. I did not feel any sales pressure. Ken showed me the car's new features and took me for a test drive. Alot has changed in these cars in 10 years. They gave me a great deal on the price as well. The final step was seeing the Business Manager Alex. He was also very polite and professional. He explained all the options available to me and I took advantage of getting the 6 year/100K mile extended Lexus warranty and Lojack. I was in and out in a very short period of time. They really had repect for my time. The next day when I went to work all my co-workers came outside to look at my "new Lexus". I told them all that I bought it from Lexus of Watertown. A fantastic dealership that I will recommend to anybody that is looking to replace their car. More
We visited the dealership on a Saturday for a test drive only. They obliged us and were not pushy at all. " We had just left another very pushy show room" . We called Adam about a month later to say we were not having good luck selling our wonderful and perfect 06 Toyota Forerunner.Much to our surprise he said "bring it in we can use a perfect Forerunner on our lot. " We ordered a 2010 RX 350 as the deal he offered was great. About a month, later we called to say that we wanted to order a new ES 350 sedan . We have found our family car dealer,as the prices are very good, and we never feel any sales pressure. Our buying experience has been very comfortable . This is our 2nd experience purchasing a Lexus RX 350. Our first was purchased at Herb Chambers and although it was a pleasant experience it fell short of the experience we later discovered at Lexus of Wa Our first was purchased at Herb Chambers and although it was a pleasant experience it fell short of the experience we later discovered at Lexus of Watertown. Herb Chambers trade-in value for our 2009 RX 350 fell way short. We then visited Lexus of Watertown which in turn gave us a fair price for the trade-in and a better overall deal. Lexus of Watertown personnel made us feel very comfortable and more at ease. There was no undue pressure. They seemed genuinely concerned with our feelings. Our salesman John Barstow was outstanding. He was the first car salesman that I've met that did not place me in a stressfull buying experience. He was cool, calm and extremely professional. His no pressure demeanor transferred to us and made our decision a much easier one to make. John Barstow and his entire staff made us feel like part of their family. At this point we have not experienced the service or quality of work But!, we are very confident that too will also be top rated. It was a very relaxed and comfortable environment. We were satisfied with the agreement on the trade-in and the final price. The staff members John Barstow (salesman), Tom Majeski (sales manager), Alex Abutaleb (business manager), and Nick D'Agostino (service consultant) were all genuinely concerned with our satisfaction and happiness. Our salesman John Barstow was outstanding. His low key soft approach kept your head from spinning. The usual mumble-jumble approach car salespersons like to bestow on their customers was missing. He made you feel as if your happiness came first and the deal second. We enjoyed our experience at Lexus of Watertown which made us feel like family and would recommend it to anyone. This is my 4th Lexus and the experience with Andy Forman was one of my best ever. However, when I received the flyer offering a deal for early turn-in of my current vehicle, I thought I'd go explore the situation. This time my experience at the dealership was excellent (assuming the actual lease price I got is truly " a good deal", which lay people can't always tell]. What a stroke of good luck it was that we met up with Andy Forman. Nothing was too much trouble for him (he went all over the lot to show me vehicles with different color schemes & interior, so I could get a good idea of the vehicle I wanted). He never pressured us into an immediate decision & could not have been more helpful. He spent several tireless hours going over every detail of the car & it's many features. To sum up, I have never had a more pleasant & informative experience at a Lexus Dealership. Andy was the best salesman I ever dealt with - and sure knows his product. More
My husband and I had a very pleasant experience when leasing our new Lexus from Lexus of Watertown. After signing papers we asked the manager, Tony Bruno, how we could commend Arman our salesman and th leasing our new Lexus from Lexus of Watertown. After signing papers we asked the manager, Tony Bruno, how we could commend Arman our salesman and the dealership for a "job well done'. He told me about this link. We have had Lexuses in the past, and in fact it was Arman from whom we leased our last one. It was because of him that we returned to the dealership instead of going to their competition which is more convenient to where we live. Actually, we were undecided as to whether we would lease another Lexus but after Arman told us about all the new updates and features of the new model we decided to go with the Lexus again. It was not an easy sell for Arman, as we challenged him every inch of the way. However, throughout the process he remained professional, polite, thorough, honest and obviously committed to doing a good job for both the dealership and for us, the customer. Arman answered all our questions, and was readily available and quick to return our calls in a timely manner. Lexus of Watertown is fortunate to have Arman as an associate, and my husband and I feel certain that they must consider him one of their most valued employees. More
I purchased my LS250 from Watertown Lexus. I went in to Lexus of Watertown and ended up purchasing a new LS250 from Harold Schloss. I was under no pressure to purchase my car there but after visiting a nu Lexus of Watertown and ended up purchasing a new LS250 from Harold Schloss. I was under no pressure to purchase my car there but after visiting a number of dealerships I was very impressed with Harold Schloss. I bought the car and Harold has called and emailed me a couple of times to see how I liked the car and if there was anything more he could do for me. Very professional....I would recommend Lexus of Watertown! Very Happy More
