My experience could of not been any smoother and easy, it started with a Sunday internet inquiry on a particular car i had been searching for and they had just taken it in on trade, First thing Monday i was started with a Sunday internet inquiry on a particular car i had been searching for and they had just taken it in on trade, First thing Monday i was contacted and i wanting to see that vehicle made an appointment that afternoon had been stuck in traffic and rescheduled for the next day however traffic cleared and i showed up unannounced and was greeted with a very pleasant young women at the front desk, she immediately went into action and told me the car i wanted to see was being brought up to the front entrance it was raining so they brought it inside, i was greeted by the most pleasant no pressure salesperson Steven Batsineelis, we test drove the car (quickly) it was a Bruins Stanley Cup playoff night, they honored the advertised sale price which was supposed to be for one day the day before, Steve began the paper work in lightning speed went to finance and Alex went into action, no preasure on extended warrantees etc. and all of the previous comment are applicable as well, the very next day i contacted Steve to let him know i contacted my insurance agent as requested we spoke briefly about the Bruins win as old friends would. at approx 6: pm Steve called to let me know i was all set and he even offered on several occasions to drop the car of for me this was truly going the extra mile when it came to customer service, that was not necessary i went and picked up my car in spotless condition talked again about related and unrelated things he located the second key and even contacted the previous owner for the owners manual, My experience with Steve B. and Lexus of Watertown could not have been more simple and service orientated and pleasant, they even offer free car wash any day of the week for long as you own your car, and this was a used Ford purchase. We joked about the dealer service fee and how i was going to get it back in car washes. Cant say enough about Steve B and the entire staff at Lexus of Watertown. The process of getting into a new car is not always easy and can often be daunting and painful to negotiate, working through all of the details of the transaction with comparing other dealerships on a specific make, model ect. However, Lexus of Watertown, more specifically Tony Bruno has truly made me feel like a valued client, going above and beyond to make sure my lease transition was simple. He took care of me start to finish, ensuring I didn't have to make multiple trips into the store but rather have all of the documents ready for processing/signature and car was set for me to drive away in upon my arrival. I could not have asked for a more positive experience and would highly recommend Lexus of Watertown to anyone I know looking for a luxury vehicle. I also would like to note that Andy Forman was excellent in his delivery of the vehicle, taking a long time to thoroughly cover all of the new features and makes sure I did not leave with any questions. Over the past fifteen years, I've had the pleasure of driving a Lexus! In fact, just last week, I took possession of my fifth brand new ES350 at Lexus of Watertown. I am thrilled with the style and outstanding performance of the vehicle ..... AND equally thrilled with the service and staff at your dealership. Tony Bruno (no relation), Chelsea Grant and Vahagn Demirtchain located the vehicle with every feature I required and then as a team, negotiated terms acceptable to me. Vahagn was very knowledgeable and took the time to familiarize me with all the new technology. Vincent Luizzi completed the necessary paperwork which allowed me to drive off same night (and they stayed late to accomplish that task). I came to Lexus of Watertown after having a very bad experience at another Lexus dealership. I had originally decided not to buy the car I really wanted due to my previous experience, but decided to co experience at another Lexus dealership. I had originally decided not to buy the car I really wanted due to my previous experience, but decided to come to Watertown as a 'last effort' due to the reviews on this site. Tony and Randy were great. I didn't feel as though I was being played...no cheesy sales lines...no secret meetings or hiding of information. I had done quite a bit of research and knew what I wanted for a sales price, which LoW met. Also, I asked for a full breakdown of the cost to own the car up to 120 miles (cost of all recommended scheduled maintenance as well as cost of tires/oil changes/etc). All of this information was waiting for me when I arrived. Although, I continue to agree with the masses that Lexus is an expensive car to own - and you would expect more maintenance included with a new purchase with the prestige of 'Lexus'- Randy and Tony did all they could to ease my concerns. As a result, I did purchase the car....a 2013 CT hybrid. My only disappointment was a lower than expected offering for my trade-in. I had been in a minor accident with the car that did show up on the carfax, and as a result, the offered amount was significantly below the kbb value. Still, I would recommend Tony & Randy to any friend currently in the market for a Lexus. More

I bought a new Lexus RX 350 on 11/17 form Lexus of Watertown. Immediately, I noticed a slight vibration. I spoke with the dealer and they thought it was that the tires needed to be balanced so we sch Watertown. Immediately, I noticed a slight vibration. I spoke with the dealer and they thought it was that the tires needed to be balanced so we scheduled an appointment 10 days out. After 2 days of diagnosis we were informed that the transmission was defective and needed to be replaced. The car has 500 miles now the original call was at approximately 150 miles. I asked for a new car because the purchase I made was defective upon receipt. I am currently being escorted through the bureaucratic process at Lexus, between the dealer and Manufacturer, so much for Superior Customer Service being a corporate quality. They are more concerned with the legal process than doing what is right and proving me with what I wanted and paid for up front. They should do the right thing and take care of me instead of haggling on who will take the monetary hit, dealer or manufacture, or if they get their way ME! I have found the true meaning of a “December to Remember” at Lexus and Lexus of Watertown! I only want what I paid for up front. No more no less! More
