I am extremely happy with the service I received at Lexus of Watertown since I purchased my 08 RX 350 in August. When I bought my car Ed in sales was very friendly, gave me a great deal, and quickly addressed a couple of minor issues that came up when I took delivery on the car. Three months later, you could imagine how unhappy I was when I experienced significant mechanical problems with my car and had to take my care in to be serviced. However, Cindy was most helpful, as I was in near shock when she told me that mice had eaten through the wires of my car! She went the extra mile in helping me to manage my emotions and get my questions answered. She asked the technicians to bring the car around to show me the damage, made some recommendations as to how I could repel the mice, helped me to strategically place the peppermint oil (my repellent of choice) in the car, and was very understanding and friendly the whole time. She even recommended that because the damage was not covered by manufacturer warranty, that I go to my insurance company, and they indeed paid for the repair. However, the insurance company issued a check to me and Toyota Motor Corp to cover the repairs, but my bank would not allow me to deposit it because it was not endorsed by Toyota! I called Emma, who was the very friendly financing rep who gave us the loan when we bought the car and told her about the problem. She was unable to sign on behalf of Toyota Motor Corp, but went the extra mile to have the check fed-exed to the proper place for signing, and sent back to the dealership in three days! From Sales, to Financing, to Service, the people at Lexus of Watertown have done everything within their power, and then have gone out of their way to make sure that I have the best possible experience buying and owning a Lexus. For that I am grateful. More
This was the third Lexus in the RX series that we have purchased from Lexus of Watertown. This experience was the best of the three. Staff were especially friendly and professional. We dealt with George and Emma and while waiting Trisha. We liked the low key approach rather than high pressure often experienced at some dealerships. George explained all of the new features to the RX350 and suggested that if I needed more assistance that I could call him or come in for further information and instruction. Emma explained additional coverages to the basic car purchase and financing. Although we were paying cash, there was no real pressure to finance with Lexus. She was very helpful in obtaining my registration transfer on delivery of my car. The price was good, not great and we are pleased with the car. We were a bit frustrated by the 3+ hours it took from when we arrived at the appointment and finished with the business office. We understand that additional staff are being added to the business office to reduce waiting time. We would recommend this dealer to friends. More

He explained the various options in detail and was very easy to work with. Due to a possible new job and relocation, I could not purchase that day. I did not feel the same pressure to buy like at other dealerships and John kept in touch periodically until I knew where I would be working. As soon as I knew about the job, I came back to Lexus of Watertown because I felt comfortable working with John and purchased that day. I have driven my new Lexus for just over a week and highly recommend meeting with John and the entire crew at Lexus of Watertown. More

She gave us a great price and when I drove up (3 hours away) to the dealership everybody was friendly and helpful. Everything was is order and there was no dickering on the price it was what I was quated on the phone. Robert even drove the vehicle to us from the dealership to Ballston Spa at 4 am to make sure he got here by 7am. My wife wanted to be there for the demo of the equipment and had to be at work by 8am. Emma in the office has been extremely helpful in answering any questions that I had at the time of purchase and in the month since. She never makes me feel like I'm being a pest or asking stupid questions.(even though I'm sure that I am). I highly recommend Lexus of Watertown. I only wish I knew of them and the build and buy program before I purchased my own Lexus a year ago. The showroom was beautiful also. More
I bought my IS from Lexus of Watertown primarily because of the outstanding service my husband has received with his ES from Chad and the service department. Chad has been exceptional in dealing with service issues - I can contact him at any time and know that he will always be able to take care of me. The sales promotion was from November 19-22 and yesterday was November 30th! For fun, I left a humorous voice mail for Mr. Luizzi (his signature was on the letter). Five minutes later he was on the phone and we had a good laugh, at his expense. Although my current Lexus wagon was only 16 month old Mr. Luizzi asked me if he could quote me on a new one, and I agreed but was sure it was a waste of time. Three hours later my wife and I were at the dealership and she was getting instruction on the new navigation system in her new Lexus. There were no hassles, no hidden fees, no time wasted, just a great job by a team of real profesionals. In my opinion if you are in the market for a new Lexus there is no better place in the Boston area to purchase one. More

I cannot say enough good things about this sales experience. I had been shopping for a new Lexus LS460 for over a month. Went to Lexus of Sharon and was extremely put off by their attitude. I tried Ira, but didn't like the high pressure sales even though they offered me a good deal. I walked into Lexus of Watertown, and things couldn't have gone better. Paul McAbee is the best sales person I've ever dealt with, and I say this as an owner of a S and E Class Mercedes. I was pleased the dealership recognized our history with them and made it a no hassle experience. Paul was very honest, and we did the deal within minutes. They had to find the car for me at another dealership, and Mr. Bruno was right on top of it. They immediately got a hold put on the car for me and had it transported to the dealer without any issues. Any minor issues that cropped up were handled quickly by both Mr. Bruno and Paul. They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the car. Paul was even kind enough to bring the car to my home and leave a thank you gift in the car. You expect good service when you buy a car, but this frankly the best experience ever. I was so happy, I brought a new customer to their Toyota dealership a weekend later. Paul was nice enough to call ahead and make sure we were given first class treatment by the Toyota sales team. My friend was blown away by the deal he got and can't rave enough about his experience. Paul lives up to his word and I can't say enough about him. It was the best experience I've had in a long time. Each of these folks deserve positive recognition for their utmost professional service and courtesy, as I am definitely not the easiest customer to provide service to! After having numerous bad experiences with IRA Lexus of Danvers, I came into Lexus of Watertown and was completely amazed by the level of attention, courtesy and genuine effort all of the staff (Sales, Service and Technician) put forth to assist me - both with the car I previously owned (2007 ES 350)and with the seection of the new 2010 ES 350 I just purchased I would not hesitate to recommend Tony, John or Alex to anyone I know looking to purchase or lease any Lexus vehicle.
