Chad Tinti has been the service advisor for my husband and I for the last 4 years. He has always been very personable and honest. He never has the repairs started without calling and talking it over with and I for the last 4 years. He has always been very personable and honest. He never has the repairs started without calling and talking it over with us and he will tell us exactly what needs to be done at the present moment and what can safely wait.We always get a loaner and can keep it for as long the cars are being serviced, at least 1 or more days if needed.
