Searching for a car was probably my least favorite thing until I met Greg Medlar at Watertown Lexus. There was absolutely no pressure and he gladly showed my wife and I numerous cars. We shopped around at many dealerships while waiting for the right car and decided that we wanted to purchase from Greg. He stayed in touch but was helpful not pushy and found the perfect car for us. The experience has left me astounded based upon my past experiences that were not good. If you are looking for a new or used car Greg and this dealership are absolutely the very best, bar none. Purchased 09 IS250 AWD fully loaded for 28k. Although I didn't get what I wanted for my trade I think it was still a deal. George was very professional and helpful. 5 star customer service this guy.
