I visited many dealerships looking for a Lexus RX 350. I wanted a CPO vehicle and was very particular about the color, mileage and options that I wanted. Over a month I visited many dealerships and ended up back at Watertown Lexus. George was by far the nicest and easiest to deal with of all the sales people I had interacted with. He was always accessible to me for questions, followed up with me, was friendly and very thorough. I would buy another car from him and Watertown Lexus without question. More

The purchase of my Lexus RX 330 was the best car buying experience I have had. I spend a lot of time research exactly what I want and travel great distances to find what I am looking for. My previous vehicle purchases have been Porsche and Mercedes Benz. Dealing with Scott Polivy at Lexus of Watertown was just EASY! He couldn't do enough to expidite the process for us, since we were traveling from a distance. I expect a lot when I purchase the car, and Scott went over and above in every aspect. Everything I asked for - Scott did with a smile. He was never out of reach by phone during the process,which is always reassuring. I cannot say enough good about Lexus of Watertown. I could not say enough great things about Lexus of Watertown and especially Mike Espy in Sales and Emma Gyulakian in Finance. I called Mike the day that I was planning to purchase a vehicle at anothe Watertown and especially Mike Espy in Sales and Emma Gyulakian in Finance. I called Mike the day that I was planning to purchase a vehicle at another Lexus dealer. I had wanted an RX350 in beige, but the "other" dealer said all they had was white and that I would have to wait months because it was so difficult to get new cars from the manufacturer. The salesperson actually said that there were no other cars that were due in to the dealership. Although I really wanted the beige vehicle, I reluctantly convinced myself to buy the white because I did not want to wait the months that it would take for the dealer to get the beige. I had all intention of buying the vehicle that day at that dealership. That is, until a friend told me to call Mike Espy at Lexus at Water and boy, am I glad did. Mike Espy was nothing short of amazing and totally accommodating. Within five minutes of calling him and explaining the situation (i.e. that I wanted the car in a diff color, etc.), he had contacted another dealer and had arranged to get the car I wanted in the color I wanted shipped up to Watertown. He matched the price and trade in values I had received from the "other" dealer and offered me a loaner until my new car arrived. (the "other" dealer did not even offer to look for the car at another dealership nor to provide a loaner....) Emma Gyulakian, the Finance Manager, was equally amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything so clearly and was very up front and honest with me. She was able to get me an even better financing deal than the other dealer had. It was a no brainer. Of course, I chose to buy the vehicle at Lexus of Watertown. I got the vehicle in the color I wanted, got a better deal and was treated like royalty. It was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. From the first interaction with Mike, to dealing with the folks in Service and Delivery.... the entire experience was nothing short of wonderful!!! I would highly recommend Lexus of Watertown to anyone who is looking to buy a Lexus. They are amazing, the experience was fantastic and seamingless and made buying a new car a pleasure. I can tell you that my experience at Lexus of Watertown falls under the "Excellent" category as they run a first rate operation. All purchasing experiences begin with the sales associate. I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Yu. Jimmy was very knowledgeable of the product, had a friendly, patient demeanor and expedited the purchase quickly without the drama I have experienced at some other dealerships. I was in and out in an hour with a great car at a great price. But the great experience did not stop there. When the car was prepped and registered, Jimmy delivered it to the house and spent an hour and a half explaining all of the cars features. He even programmed the Bluetooth and garage door opener! I give Jimmy Yu and Lexus of Watertown a 5 star rating as they have earned it! More

Jimmy was a straight shooter. He was informative, helpful, persuasive, but not pushy. I always felt like he understood my timeline for buying a car, and worked within that.
