In the back of my mind, I had always liked the Lexus ES 350 and especially impressed with how Michael handled his approach with me and presentation of the advantages of leasing with Lexus of Watertown. Michael was very accomadating when I requested a 2 hour test drive of the ES 350 by myself; not many other dealers allowed me to do this. All in all, a great car leasing experience for me. I love my car! More
This is our fourth Lexus RX and we have always gone to Lexus of Watertown for our service. When I told Tanju this fact online he assured me that Watertown Lexus would give us the best deal. And when I arrived at the dealership on a Tuesday morning I was met by Robert who was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He also assured me of the best deal and he delivered in a very easy, simple and alomost enjoyable process. As good an experience one could hope for when buying a car. Three hours later I returned with my wife, whose car it is, to pick up her 2010 RX350. Robert introduced himself to my wife and then walked her through all of the new features of this car. He even set up her phone and put all her contacts into the voice activated bluetooth system. Watertown Lexus has always provided outstanding auto service and now they have our business for the forseeable future. More

As well as our new Lexus SC convertable. Our salesman Michael Graber could not have been more accommousing spending his day off to deliver and personally tutor us in the use and enjoyment of our new vehicles. Amazing. Never had such an efficient, effortless experience buying a car. Tony and Harold were both super friendly, gracious, understanding and EXTREMELY professional. We leased a 2010 Lexus ES350 last night and it was the most pleasant car shopping experience we have ever had. We were repeat Lexus customers losing interest due to a poor experience at another dealership. Before changing brands, we decided to give another dealership a chance to earn our business. Great decision! We started with internet sales which was a surprisingly easy and reliable way to do business contrary to our suspicions otherwise. The information was relayed by email and eventually phone calls and everything held true when we got to the dealership. They were very sensitive to our frustration with our prior attempt to purchase the car elsewhere and bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable. The final price was even less than expected and for the first time ever, we did not have to ask "Can you do better?". We just said thank you and walked out the door an hour and a half later with our new car. We are now driving a 2010 model, equipped exactly the way we wanted it, color of our choice and our payment is over $40 less that we were paying for our 2007. It is also considerably less than the other dealership was offering us. On our ride home, we were already contacting friends/family and encouraging them to give Lexus of Watertown a chance to earn their business! Even if you do not want to take the time to run around to another dealership, you can confidently work with them through internet sales to determine if they can do better for you. They will not waste your time - they will give you an honest answer. Price the car elsewhere, but if you have done your homework, I guarantee that they will be your last stop. More

However,this purchase was perfect. Tony Bruno was great to deal with. He made it easy and was very accomodating and responsive. He got to the bottom line quickly,agreed to a great interest rate and no hard sales from finance! Arman, our salesman made delivery a breeze and Manny, the director of finance was great to deal with as well. This was one of the best car buying experienced yet! More
