This dealership is dishonest. If enough people boycott them, hopefully they'll go out of business. We were shown numerous "new" cars with scratches in them, etc. and lied to about their condition. well went in there and this great sales person started to help me but when the manerger seen that thes ppl were ready to buy today he came in and told steve to leave for a sec. he started showing us these hi help me but when the manerger seen that thes ppl were ready to buy today he came in and told steve to leave for a sec. he started showing us these high priced cars and then we told him that we just came from BMW and we were still think what we should get and then he said well then u should go back to BMW and buy that if u like that. then he left and got steve to try to make help us. but by that time my father was very mad and we just left. this place is the worst, i think that thye thought we couldnt afford a BMW and we could be back well they were wrong and they lost a sale.. lexus need to close down that place. i rather buy a 1980 lexus at the same price of watertowns 2009 lexus car. thats how much i think is place suck. i hope this place go out of business, that how bad they were. Brought my car in with window not working. They replaced the window motor (for a huge expense, I may add). Brought my car back in with window not working, they replaced the window again, saying that it had the window motor (for a huge expense, I may add). Brought my car back in with window not working, they replaced the window again, saying that it had burned out. Fortunately it was under warranty. Finally went to another dealership, who replaced the switch to the window, which fixed the problem. Went back to Lexus of Watertown and they refused to give any measurable credit for THEIR ERROR. Which ended costing me over $1000 dollars. Not to mention the time. This is not the first issue I have had with them, just the most severe. I highly recommend you stay away from them. More

Two of the tires had been slashed and the car had not been driven in sometime. The car had less than 40,000 miles. I travel frequently and made the decision to have the car repaired and then sold there in a one stop process. Four months later (January 2008) after untold number of phone calls to the Sales Department with many calls unreturned and a price for the car which changed as much as 30% in two phone calls, I ended up talking to the General Manager who informed me, for the first time, that they had no interest whatsover in purchasing a 10 year old car. At that time, to avoid storage charges, I paid a $1,131.00 bill for a "tune-up" and had the car taken for new tires to a tire dealership. The sales department and service department were utterly unable to communicate directly with one another. The General Manager, basically said "too bad" we've fired the guy you dealt with in Sales. In terms of honesty, reliability, and cost I have never had a worse experience. I'm interested to know if the Lexus Dealership oversight has any influence with such lack of service, or not. I'm waiting to hear. More
After deciding what model and specific options I wanted, I did research on edmunds.com to determine what a fair price would be. I read several good articles on their website about how much margin dealers h I did research on edmunds.com to determine what a fair price would be. I read several good articles on their website about how much margin dealers have to work with on the sale of a new car. I then set my bottom line price as to what I was willing to pay, and armed with all this information, I set out to go to Ira Lexus, Lexus of Norwood, and Lexus of Watertown. My first stop was Ira, where I felt so insulted when the sales person basically told me my offer was ridiculously low, and that he could only knock off $500 from the sticker price. Being a single woman, I felt he may have thought that I didn't know what I was doing, and therefore, that they could take me for as much as possible. At my second stop at Norwood, I was asked to sit in an empty office while they considered my offer. At first, they said they probably could accept my offer, but after waiting for 45 minutes with them walking by and looking in at me, they said they couldn't do the offer. Being extremely frustrated at this point, I got in my car and raced over to Watertown, given they would be closing within an hour or so. On the way there, I prayed that God would give me the confidence and boldness I needed to negotiate, and that the whole situation would turn in my favor and I would get the deal that I would feel most comfortable with. Upon arrival at Watertown, I immediately told Adam Skolnick (sales manager) what model I wanted, and that I was well-informed on dealer margins, and that I had pricing information from edmunds.com. My first lower offer he could not do, so I made my second offer (my bottom line or "I walk" offer). After some consultation, he agreed, we shook hands, and I got a really good deal. After the previous experiences at the other dealerships, it was nice to feel respected in the sense that Adam knew that I had done my homework and was knowledgeable, and that I was prepared to drive a hard bargain - even though I was a woman negotiating in a man's world. Having said all this, my experience with Adam and Lexus of Watertown has been very positive, and I would highly recommend them in terms of both price and receiving respectable treatment. More
My wife and I visited the pre-owned center just a few days ago after shopping IRA and Norwood for a good used ES 330 at a reasonable price. When we arrived at the lot we were greeted by "Khan", (no last days ago after shopping IRA and Norwood for a good used ES 330 at a reasonable price. When we arrived at the lot we were greeted by "Khan", (no last name given), he wanted to know if we were buying today, and would not explain the different models pricing to us without are saying yes to him. He reminded us of a high pressure used car lot.We asked to speak to manager at which he replied it did not matter. I think he thought we might not be aable to purchase a Lexus, we were driving my Daughter's Honda Accord after picking it up at Cambridge Honda for service, (NICE PLAE) we WILL NEVER DEAL WITH LEXUS OF WATERTOWN!!!! Lexus of Watertown is one of the worst sales experience I have ever had, high pressure and shady sales tactics. The sales man gave us a quote that was reasonable so we committed to buying the car and when we have ever had, high pressure and shady sales tactics. The sales man gave us a quote that was reasonable so we committed to buying the car and when we got to signing the financial papers it was a completely different deal. They then tried to convince my wife and me that we misunderstood. Finally we accepted the deal once the General Sales Manager gave us a compromise. Upon receiving the car it has scratches from someone wiping it down with a dirty cloth. They promised to buff them out and we accepted the car, since then we have been to the dealer three times and each time the results were not satisfactory for a any new car of this caliper. I have had other issues that are still on going More
We went around to a lot of dealerships and got several offers (Ira and Northborough). Lexus of Watertown had by far the best offer beating the other dealerships by over $1000 dollars. Alex our salesrep offers (Ira and Northborough). Lexus of Watertown had by far the best offer beating the other dealerships by over $1000 dollars. Alex our salesrep was extremely courteous and knowledgable about the vehicles. The negotiations were fairly straight forward. There was no "manager" coming over to close the deal with the extra pressure as I've seen in other dealerships. The business manager tried to pressure us into the extra options, but dropped it after we thanked him and said definitely not. My only complaints were two: 1) they made us wait for about 30 minutes when paying off the care and then again picking it up even though we had made appointments. Seems that once they have you, you are definitely not a priority. 2) The complexity of the car really warrants more time and some information to read before you come in. At the end of a 2 hour review of all the features, they say there are many more options that can be customized, but only by a mechanic at an extra cost if you don't do it right there. More
