Our Sales Consultant was Andrew Smallcomb. My husband and I are both in sales and appreciated Andrew's customer service skills. We initally were considering a preowned 350 ES, however, we purchased a new 350 ES. We arrived at the dealership at 11:00 a.m. and left around 5:00 p.m..! This had nothing to do with Andrew but our uncertainty as to what we wanted to purchase. Andrew has a great sense of humor, he's obviously very patient and is extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus product. We will highly recommend him to family and friends. We will definitely purchase another Lexus from him. Manny Ferreira, Director of Finance, arranged the financing of the vehicle. He was professional and handled the paperwork in a timely manner. Vincent Luizzi is the General Manager. It is obvious that he has carefully selected his staff. We met with Vinny initially and than we met with him before leaving. He is a professional and has passed that onto his staff. This was not our first Lexus. Our 330 ES was purchased at another dealership. We were not happy with the sales or service department there and made the decision not to go back. We would highly recommend Lexus of Watertown. You will definitely enjoy working with Andrew Smallcomb. More
Lexus was my LAST choice among E300, GTI, and IS250. John and Tom really nailed it in every aspect of their business (Customer Service, Product Knowledge, and Pricing the Trade). They truly deserve a visit from anyone in market looking for a luxury/performce car in Boston area. The car (IS25O AWD) is just exceptional. I have owned Audi in past and still have 330XI as my other car The Audi had luxury, but no performance. The BMW 330xi has great performance, but no luxury (as per wife). However, IS250 addresses both !! Luxury is obvious, and performance can best be experienced by driving the car in "S" mode and using the "WINGS" behind the steering wheel (from 20 to 80mph in 6 seconds). More
Garrett has a "can do" attitude and agreed to everything I wanted in my new car and the limits of my monthly payments. Ted was my salesperson and he was very helpful and friendly and took a lot of time to answer all of my questions. The RX350 is beautiful and we found one large scratch on the back door after we did the paperwork. Garrett said, "we will fix it. It is the least we can do." I recommend Garrett as a go to person when you want a fantastic car that glides down the street with no noise coming from the engine and a comfy and lovely interior. This dealership is responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I bought the extra year warrantee because I plan to drive this car for at least five years. The car gets over 20 miles per gallon in the city as compared to the BMW X3 I sold which gets only 15 miles per gallon in the city and it drives more beautifully. More

Andy Smallcomb and the folks at Lexus of Watertown changed the buying experience from a confusing chore, attempting to understand pricing and features, to a clear, professional and obviously productive experience, since we purchased an RX 350 on the spot. If you are even thinking about a Lexus, pre owned or new and you don't visit Lexus of Watertown to experience how a great dealership is run, you may find yourselves as frustrated as we were UNTIL we met with Andy and the team at Watertown Lexus. Let me assure you we are not relatives, not friends (at least not prior to walking in) of anyone at the dealership, just customers who could not have been treated more warmly or professionally in working through the process of getting what we think was very good deal on a fantastic vehicle. I would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing either a new, or CPO, Lexus. Financial Manager Manny Ferriera made the payment process easy and clear. Bob Gelin then went to great lengths to show me around the dealership and explain how to make service appointments. And he introduced me to my future service team. Then he went through all the intricacies of the car's features. He even programmed my Blackberry for the Bluetooth option. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to any of my friends or relatives. More
