I had a great experience walking into Lexus of Watertown from the beginning after being at a different dealership previously. I was assisted right away by Mike and Tony in picking out my new IS 250! It was my first time going into a dealership on my own and leasing a car. Both Mike and Tony made me feel very comfortable and I did not feel pressured once! I knew I was going to be treated extremely well from the moment I walked in and Mike starting to already give me a tour of the facility! He also helped me pick out the color car I wanted and he and Tony worked out the best deal EVER for me! I did not have to wait long at all to put my deal through, but while I was waiting I was reminded that I could have as much coffee/tea/water/hot chocolate as I wanted! When I came to pick up my car Mike went over everything and anything I had a question about. He showed me how to use my GPS which I have never had in a car and it was very easy. He also synchronized my phone with my car so I can talk hands free. So awesome! I could keep going on about the great experience I had at Lexus of Watertown. Thanks so much Mike and Tony! I love my car SO much and I feel like I am going to be in great hands for the rest of the time I own a Lexus!! More
I was looking for an option to buy or lease a new Lexus ES 350 so I called Lexus of Watertown and asked to speak to the manager of leasing. They introduced me to Tom Majeski over the phone. At 3:30pm on ES 350 so I called Lexus of Watertown and asked to speak to the manager of leasing. They introduced me to Tom Majeski over the phone. At 3:30pm on a Saturday, Tom answered my questions regarding a lease and purchase. Invited me to come to the dealership. My wife came home from shopping at 4:30pm and we were at the dealership at 5:00pm. Tom asked me what I wanted and I said: 1. A GPS system, 2. An automatic car starter, 3. Deluxe LoJack, and 4. a 20,000 miles per year lease option. Tom who is the Sales Manager, introduced me to Andrew Forman the lease salesman. We looked at the colors for the car and interior and 20 minutes later Tom came out with our lease price. It was great!!! He took the keys to the car I drove to the dealership and said "you are going home tonight driving your new car". We went in to see the business manager to do the paper work. His name was Alex Abutaleb. He was profesional and very concise with his paperwork. They pulled the car into the dealer's garage and Andy spent one hour showing me all of the options. We drove out at 7:00pm on the dot with our new car. The team (they work well together) was professional, service oriented and courteous! I would recommend the Lexus of Watertown dealership to any body who wants to have a First Class / Truly outstanding experience. More

I phoned Lexus of Watertown early morning and spoke to Lauren Ritchie (who was kind and very helpful) and explained to her that my husband and I were interested in purchasing a particular certified pre-owned Lexus but had time constraints. I booked an appointment and when we arrived we were greeted by Ken Mulstay and Andrew Smallcomb. Andy recognized our time constraints and immediately began going over the car we were interested in. Although, we had time constraints Andy made sure we knew everything there was to know about the car. Never once did we feel pressured to buy or got the since of being deceived (especially when it came to the trade-in value of our car). Andy went above and beyond; he made sure we were comfortable with the car and our decision to buy. The service we received was outstanding. We would like to say “thank you” to Andy, what an amazing sales consultant! If you are looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus ask for Andrew Smallcomb, you won’t be disappointed!! More

I am extremely happy with the service I received at Lexus of Watertown since I purchased my 08 RX 350 in August. When I bought my car Ed in sales was very friendly, gave me a great deal, and quickly address of Watertown since I purchased my 08 RX 350 in August. When I bought my car Ed in sales was very friendly, gave me a great deal, and quickly addressed a couple of minor issues that came up when I took delivery on the car. Three months later, you could imagine how unhappy I was when I experienced significant mechanical problems with my car and had to take my care in to be serviced. However, Cindy was most helpful, as I was in near shock when she told me that mice had eaten through the wires of my car! She went the extra mile in helping me to manage my emotions and get my questions answered. She asked the technicians to bring the car around to show me the damage, made some recommendations as to how I could repel the mice, helped me to strategically place the peppermint oil (my repellent of choice) in the car, and was very understanding and friendly the whole time. She even recommended that because the damage was not covered by manufacturer warranty, that I go to my insurance company, and they indeed paid for the repair. However, the insurance company issued a check to me and Toyota Motor Corp to cover the repairs, but my bank would not allow me to deposit it because it was not endorsed by Toyota! I called Emma, who was the very friendly financing rep who gave us the loan when we bought the car and told her about the problem. She was unable to sign on behalf of Toyota Motor Corp, but went the extra mile to have the check fed-exed to the proper place for signing, and sent back to the dealership in three days! From Sales, to Financing, to Service, the people at Lexus of Watertown have done everything within their power, and then have gone out of their way to make sure that I have the best possible experience buying and owning a Lexus. For that I am grateful. More
This was the third Lexus in the RX series that we have purchased from Lexus of Watertown. This experience was the best of the three. Staff were especially friendly and professional. We dealt with George and Emma and while waiting Trisha. We liked the low key approach rather than high pressure often experienced at some dealerships. George explained all of the new features to the RX350 and suggested that if I needed more assistance that I could call him or come in for further information and instruction. Emma explained additional coverages to the basic car purchase and financing. Although we were paying cash, there was no real pressure to finance with Lexus. She was very helpful in obtaining my registration transfer on delivery of my car. The price was good, not great and we are pleased with the car. We were a bit frustrated by the 3+ hours it took from when we arrived at the appointment and finished with the business office. We understand that additional staff are being added to the business office to reduce waiting time. We would recommend this dealer to friends. More

I did not feel the same pressure to buy like at other dealerships and John kept in touch periodically until I knew where I would be working. As soon as I knew about the job, I came back to Lexus of Watertown because I felt comfortable working with John and purchased that day. I have driven my new Lexus for just over a week and highly recommend meeting with John and the entire crew at Lexus of Watertown. More
I bought my IS from Lexus of Watertown primarily because of the outstanding service my husband has received with his ES from Chad and the service department. Chad has been exceptional in dealing with service issues - I can contact him at any time and know that he will always be able to take care of me. The sales promotion was from November 19-22 and yesterday was November 30th! For fun, I left a humorous voice mail for Mr. Luizzi (his signature was on the letter). Five minutes later he was on the phone and we had a good laugh, at his expense. Although my current Lexus wagon was only 16 month old Mr. Luizzi asked me if he could quote me on a new one, and I agreed but was sure it was a waste of time. Three hours later my wife and I were at the dealership and she was getting instruction on the new navigation system in her new Lexus. There were no hassles, no hidden fees, no time wasted, just a great job by a team of real profesionals. In my opinion if you are in the market for a new Lexus there is no better place in the Boston area to purchase one. More
