I can't say enough about how great it is to work with Chad. Like so many people out there, I am not very trusting of dealership service but Lexus of Watertown is different. Because of my hectic schedule, it’s difficult to manage my repairs and regular maintenance appointments and Chad takes care of all this for me via email. From the second I arrive in the service bay, Chad has a loaner car waiting for me. We have a quick discussion about repairs/maintenance and not 10 minutes later I am on my way to work. During the day, I received updates (questions and/or the car is ready) and finally when I arrive, the car has been cleaned. Working with Chad is like having “insider” making sure that I'm taken care of in price and quality! More
I had researched buying a New Lexus RX350 using a variety of sites, including Edmunds, and investigated various Edmunds conversation threads regarding most recent pricing and available dealer incentives curr of sites, including Edmunds, and investigated various Edmunds conversation threads regarding most recent pricing and available dealer incentives currently available for the model I was interested in. I checked on-line available Dealer inventory, as far as I was able to determine for the color and options of the model I was interested in. When I was ready to buy, I sent out e-mail requests from Yahoo Auto to the 4 dealerships in my area describing the model I was interested in, MSRP and invoice price on that model as I was able to best determine and requested a quote at invoice. My response from the Watertown Dealership was the most professional, courteous, and straightforward while the other dealerships response was more in line with the negative stereotype of car salesmen. I went in on a Friday night for one more test drive just to make certain this was the make and model vehicle I wanted, I had driven other comparable vehicles. I had indicated in my e-mail to all 4 dealerships I was intended to purchase in 14 days or less. After this final test drive I was ready to purchase an RX 350. I had not purchased a vehicle in many years, at least 15 or more; in my previous profession I was given a car to drive as a part of my compensation package. I anticipated a long time consuming process of negotiation, and it was predicted to start snowing and I wanted to beat the inevitable traffic snarl. My intention was to see all the dealerships on Saturday. When I thanked Mr. Foreman, for his time, immediately Mr Majeski came over to ask the classic closing question,"If I made you an offer today, is there any reason you would not purchase the vehicle today?" I said it was a big decision and I would not make a decision today I would have to think about it, but he could make an offer. Without hesitation he made me an offer I couldn't say no to and I agreed. I know from my research on Edmunds I got a good deal with zero headaches. I am still shocked it was such a simple and pleasant experience. ***I was not as well informed when I went in to discuss pricing and features on extended warrantee options, but ended up declining the package offered. In choosing an extended warranty use common sense, check both Edmunds and Club Lexus to make sure you are informed and understand your options. My experience at Watertown Lexus was amazing! Mr. Majeski and Mr. Forman were unfailingly straight forward, professional, knowledgable, courteous, helpful and respectful of my time. I can't imagine a better new car buying experience. More

I first came to the dealership to lease a IS250 (new) and dealt with Ed Grady who is in the used part of the dealership, which I was unaware of at the time. Ed took the time to take me on a test drive and ex dealt with Ed Grady who is in the used part of the dealership, which I was unaware of at the time. Ed took the time to take me on a test drive and explain certain technical items the auto had. It was an educating experience especially that the vehicle wasn't full time all wheel drive which was important to me. I returned a couple of weeks later to speak with Ed again thinking I must of misunderstood him because I saw commercials and information on the internet which didn't say that. I was in the wrong section of the dealership to begin with (my error), I also showed Ed some of the deals they were offering and wanted to go over that. He explained that those were the new vehicles and asked if I had been there, my response as stated above was no. So he took me there and we went over different dollar amounts, I told him I would think about it and shortly after that he injured himself and had been out for several days. Mr. Bruno got involved in the situation after he found out that I was trying to get a hold of Ed - obviously without success and told me what happened. There were some other items left unadressed and Tony Bruno got those issues addressed to my satisfaction and everything from there went very smoothly. I and my wife and daughter were treated extremeley well and Jimmy Yu explained all the operations of the car to my 17 year old daughter and wife and they told me he was very pleasant and helpful. I was never treated so well at any dealership and haven't been to one that other's working there were always asking if I needed any help with anything, they asked with a certain degree of concern and honesty. I would like to add that Tony Bruno was very instrumental with making this go so smoothly and since I dealt so much with him and feel I got to know him,I can make this statement without regret. He is a real asset to your dealership and a real loss to other dealerships. To extend on the last question, I have already recommeneded this dealership. More
I looked for a specific vehicle on Auto Trader. After visiting several dealerships I ended up with Lexus of Watertown.I've had some negative experiences at other dealerships so wanted to be sure to compl visiting several dealerships I ended up with Lexus of Watertown.I've had some negative experiences at other dealerships so wanted to be sure to compliment everyone who I dealt with at LoW. Chris Smith who sold me the vehicle was outstanding. He drove car down to RI so my mechanic could check it. Chris also took care of a dent in the car and had some recall work done down the street at a dealership authorized to perform the work since the vehicle was not a Lexus. Emma Gyulakian in finance was patient with me as I peppered her with various questions about warranties and other products. This involved numerous phone calls and emails. Documentation was sent promptly as promised by Emma. Joe delivered my vehicle to the RI DMV , assisted in the process and even caught a mistake by the DMV that would have held up my title. He also followed up a few days later to see how I liked the car. That's customer service ! I will definitely be back when I look for my next vehicle. Thank you to Chris, Joe, and Emma More

Harold spent so much time in explaining the car, the features, the lexus experience/ quality at one point I wondered if he was talking about my car or bragging about his car :). If you are like I am, want to deal with one person from start to end rather than being handed off to someone else to be taken care of, then this should be your dealship. More
Can't say enough good about Lexus of Watertown. Had bought another car at my local dealer (car was insured, sat radio & plates on, phone synced, seat & mirror memory set -a DONE DEAL) & was getting re bought another car at my local dealer (car was insured, sat radio & plates on, phone synced, seat & mirror memory set -a DONE DEAL) & was getting ready to give them my certified bank check for a deal approved by their General Manager when they pulled the classic "we can't sell you the car for that price." Left the keys on the table, went home, & emailed Tanju at Lexus of Watertown. He & Bert (the GM) beat my local Lexus dealer's price by HUNDREDS of dollars in seconds. Then Emma in the business office got me another $1,000 rebate! Bottom line, EXACT SAME CAR, much lower price! Our sales rep Harold was excellent-went all the way to the RI registry on 12/24 so we could have the car for Xmas! This was the BEST car buying experience we’ve ever had and it's a sharp contrast to the classic "bait & switch" my local dealer tried to pull.
