I need to say that I have had two Toyota vehicles from Watertown Toyota prior to deciding to shop for a Lexus. Out of curiosity I stopped by Lexus of Watertown. I ended up buying a new Lexus RX 400H. I need to tell you that my wife and I had fun buying this car. Adam and the rest of the staff from the owner to the maintenance crew have been GREAT to deal with. They have been so helpful that at one time I sopped by with a question for which they needed to drive my car but I had my two 50lb dogs with me and I was standing outside when the owner insisted I could bring the dogs inside. That is an example how user friendly Lexus of Watertown is. Price is not everything , you need to know your dealer is honest and user friendly. That is what I found at Watertown. I have bought two cars from him, my brother one and my mother one. Manny Ferreira, director of finance was a pleasure to work with. Asked me what my price points were, worked closely with. He did all the work for me. Got me in and out of the office as fast as possible, was extraordinarily respectful of my time. Tried to look up my history, everything I needed to get this transaction done fast and uneventfully. I would recommend both of very highly. Manny even took the time to teach me how leases really work out, very interesting for sure and helped me find a package that worked best for my financial situation. Hard to find a more pleasant experience in an area that some people dread. Everyone was honest and I felt up front and fair. Could not think of a complaint! More
I was surprisingly impressed with Lexus of Watertown. I purchased an SUV hybrid from IRA Lexus of Manchester as well as an LS for my mother and the dealership there lied about the gas mileage on the hybrid purchased an SUV hybrid from IRA Lexus of Manchester as well as an LS for my mother and the dealership there lied about the gas mileage on the hybrid. The EPA sticker read 30 mpg and I got 18mpg when I bought the car. I went through months of aggravation and after I purchased the car one of the owner manuals specifically discussed actual mileage being below the EPA. I filed a complaint with the NH Attorney General's office and while it's a great car and I would have bought it anyhow I was upset that I spent $150,000 on two cars and was told the EPA numbers were correct when they knew they weren't. After 3 years of driving the car on back roads to get better mileage by using the brake more often I got the mpg up to 24 but still shy of 30. My lease was about to end and I went to Watertown and said I can separate a bad IRA salesperson from a great car company and was willing to give them another chance. I also acknowledged that I was asking them to make up for the bad of another dealer but assured them I'd rebuy and refer clients. They put me into the HS, small 4 door hybrid and were very good about price. If you're friendly and respectful you'll do better with them. It is unreasonable to go in with an attitude and demand a good price. Be nice and you'll do well. They gave me a loaner HS for 3 days to test drive and I made an un-pressured, thorough decision. They really pulled a rabbit out of a hat and the service area is incredibly clean and well arranged and they also have a nice kitchen and waiting area...I'd suggest dropping by. More
In ten years I have purchased, or been involved in the purchase, of seven vehicles from Lexus of Watertown. I have also had several of these vehicles serviced by the service department at Lexus of Watert purchase, of seven vehicles from Lexus of Watertown. I have also had several of these vehicles serviced by the service department at Lexus of Watertown. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by this dealer. I was also very pleased with the sales department, particularly with Tom Majeski who facilitated the sales of at least four vehicles to myself, a family member, and the owner of my company. I can say, with confidence, that Tom has guaranteed that my son and his wife will be Lexus Of Watertown customers from now on. More
I traded in my 2008 ES for a 2010 model with GPS. I've purchased my previous Lexus at Norwood but decided to try Watertown after having a great experience buying a Camry from their Toyota dealership. Emma is an asset to their dealership, she was extremely helpful and had my pricing worked out prior to my arrival. Bert went over the car and even delivered it home to my wife in the pouring rain last weekend. The whole process was very friendly and low key. I hate the car buying process but Watertown made it relatively painless. More

Tenju first contacted me and he was very nice and was able to answer all of my questions. From there, we scheduled a time to meet in the dealership. When we arrived Tenju introduced me to Ed Grady. Ed was extremely helpful and knew the vehicle inside and out. During the whole process, it never felt like we were buying a car. Ed did a fantastic job with us and we never felt pressured at all. After we spent some time together, we finally decided on a price. A price also that we feel was a very very good one. Once we agreed on the car and price, Ed introduced us to Manny, one of the Business Managers. Manny was also very friendly and had a good sense of humor. Manny carefully walked us through all of our optins and exact final cost. Thank you Lexus of Watertown. We can't say enough about your dealership. My wife and I will be picking up our RX tomorrow. We can't wait I have already recommended your dealership to some family members and co-workers. When we decide to get another vehicle, it will be from Lexus of Watertown. I purchased my first Lexus from Watertown 10 years ago as a Certified Pre-Owned. I think I still would have kept it a few more years but my daughters older car just died and she was without a car and struggl a Certified Pre-Owned. I decided to ship my 97 Lexus ES 300 to her and I went online to view what kind of Pre-Owned Lexus I could buy for around $25,000 in cash. I called Lexus and Tanju took my call. He was patient and very courteous and we went thru some of the models that they had for sale. It was nice to see all the pictures of the cars and the CARFAX history. It really made me feel comfortable. I decided that I would go there to see a 2006 model IS250 AWD. When I got there I was greeted by Ken Mulstay the Pre-Owned Sales Manager who treated me like his own mother. I am a 67 year old widow so I went there by myself. I did not feel any sales pressure. Ken showed me the car's new features and took me for a test drive. Alot has changed in these cars in 10 years. They gave me a great deal on the price as well. The final step was seeing the Business Manager Alex. He was also very polite and professional. He explained all the options available to me and I took advantage of getting the 6 year/100K mile extended Lexus warranty and Lojack. I was in and out in a very short period of time. They really had repect for my time. The next day when I went to work all my co-workers came outside to look at my "new Lexus". I told them all that I bought it from Lexus of Watertown. A fantastic dealership that I will recommend to anybody that is looking to replace their car. More

We called Adam about a month later to say we were not having good luck selling our wonderful and perfect 06 Toyota Forerunner.Much to our surprise he said "bring it in we can use a perfect Forerunner on our lot. " We ordered a 2010 RX 350 as the deal he offered was great. About a month, later we called to say that we wanted to order a new ES 350 sedan . We have found our family car dealer,as the prices are very good, and we never feel any sales pressure. Our buying experience has been very comfortable .
