I had been researching the Lexus IS 250 for several weeks and test drove one at 2 different facilities. The price, color, and added options were not exactly what I was looking for so I decided to look furthe and test drove one at 2 different facilities. As soon as I made an inquiry on the vehicle I had researched Jim called me (I am 250 miles away) and explained with explicit detail what I would be looking at if I took the drive down. When I got to the dealership which took 5 1/2 hours due to traffic I was greeted immediately and walked to Jim's office. Jim had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and explained all the features. We negotiated a very fair price and the manager came out to introduce himself too. I was then brought to the business office and Alex made the process smooth and quick, while explaining all my options to me. This dealership is professional, clean, friendly, and inviting. I normally am nervous at car dealerships and had no anxiety at all. The best part is the vehicle was then delivered to me 250 miles away. Joe picked me up at my house, drove me to my town office, and helped me get my vehicle legal to drive in my home state. I will definitely be visiting this dealership again for my next Lexus purchase in the future. More

At Lexus of Watertown I was not even greeted by a staff member when I went in to the showroom. I was looking for a Lexus RX350 so I proceeded to browse about the lot and get started. After looking at some absolutley filthy vehicles for 20 minutes or so with not one Lexus employee coming out to greet myself and my husband to help us in our search, we drove to Ira Lexus in Danvers and purchased our car. Never have I had such poor service and the cars were covered in dirt and pollen, this was on a weekend when one would think they would want to put best foot forward. It was a disgrace. More
