He also assured me of the best deal and he delivered in a very easy, simple and alomost enjoyable process. As good an experience one could hope for when buying a car. Three hours later I returned with my wife, whose car it is, to pick up her 2010 RX350. Robert introduced himself to my wife and then walked her through all of the new features of this car. He even set up her phone and put all her contacts into the voice activated bluetooth system.
