We recently purchased our second CPO Lexus from Lexus of Watertown. Andy was great to work with and very accomodating. I have never been treated better, either in sales or service, as I have been at Lexus of Watertown. Ben Perry, our dedicated service advisor, has been extremely helpful to us in arranging, and completing to our satisfaction, any service needs and providing a loaner car while ours is being serviced. I would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing either a new, or CPO, Lexus. They really mean it when they say thay want you to be satisfied and they back it up with a level of service that I have never experienced from any other dealer. Steve Assad More

Financial Manager Manny Ferriera made the payment process easy and clear. Bob Gelin then went to great lengths to show me around the dealership and explain how to make service appointments. And he introduced me to my future service team. Then he went through all the intricacies of the car's features. He even programmed my Blackberry for the Bluetooth option. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to any of my friends or relatives. More
Two weeks ago I got a call from the Sales Manager Tom Majeski wanting to know if I would be interested in doing a deal involving the lease I have that runs until 4/11. I told him I was open to a deal if the price was right. When I went in to meet him I was introduced to Bill Seifert and I sat down with them to discuss a lease on a new Lexus. After some initial numbers I told them what I was looking for and when they made the adjustments it was a deal that I just could not refuse. Doing some prior research on Edmonds.com, other sites and inquires at other dealers I knew what kind of numbers other buyers were offered so I could not be happier with the end result. After I picked up the car and drove it for a couple of days I had to go back in for an inspection sticker. Tom saw me and came over to see how I liked the new car. I mentioned to him an issue I had about the car and he immediately said I’ll take care of that and with Bill’s help everything was resolved better than I had hoped. This is my third Lexus and the second one I got from Lexus of Watertown and this experience is by far the best I’ve had. So if you are looking to buy or lease a Lexus I highly recommend doing business with them. More

There is no better dealership than Lexus of Watertown. They are friendly and honest. We liked other cars, but only wanted to buy from them. They offer superior service and thats why we buy from them. I only had a short time before I had to goto work and Tony Bruno made sure we were in and out and had the deal done to our satisfaction in less than an hour. When I bring our cars in for service, Chuck Shaw makes sure I have a loaner car and whatever I need to make the appointment as easy as possible. Again, we love Lexus, but didnt buy an Acura or an Audi or Mercedes this time because of that dealership. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. And, the price on our new car and our trade in, was more than fair. More

Even after the sale George has gone above and beyond as the Jetta has a minor radio issues and he has been prompt and courteous about his follow through with fixing the concern. Harold was the salesman who helped me and I simply can not say enough about the quality of his service. He was friendly without being pushy, highly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. He made the experience of buying a car a truly pleasurable one. Kevin was the manager who negotiated my sale. He gave me not only a truly generous price for the car I bought, but also a generous amount for the car I traded in. Manny was the finance representative and working with him was yet another wonderful aspect of my Watertown experience. He was extremely thorough yet highly efficient with my financing. He even offered to call and cancel the warrenty on the car I traded in to save me money. I did not even realize canceling was an option, thank you Manny! I came into Lexus of Watertown completely unprepared. I was at the beginning of my car search but was pretty sure I wanted to get a Lexus. I scheduled a time to come in with Patricia and then met up with Ed Grady. Ed was very patient in helping me narrow my search. Ed also did a good job of showing me all the features of the car I was test driving (which surprisingly was not done at Danverse Ira). Throughout the entire process I was not given any cheesy car salesmen lines and was not aggressively pressured to make ridiculous deals. After having that type of negative experience at Ira Danverse (full of over aggressive robotic salesmen) it was very refreshing to go back into Watertown where I was actually listened to. Ed kept me updated on cars that just came in the lot and did a great job keeping his eyes on the types of cars I was interested in. I just got a great deal on a 2008 is250 and I thank Ed for making it such a smooth and non-pressured experience. More

It was a pleasure working with each of them and I can see why Lexus of Watertown is such a reputable dealer in MA. Mike made two trips to Maine within a couple days for me to test drive the car and back to make the finalize the sale and trade. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and courteous. I told him that since dealing with the DMV here in Maine was a good experience, that they should consider selling more cars in this state too. When Tony learned that I was searching for a 2009 Toyota Venza in a certain price range with certain features, he contacted me right away with information about what he had and what he would give me for a trade for my Saab. He worked with me to get to me where I needed to be to purchase this vehicle. Then Manny helped me promptly secure financing through Toyota Motor Corp which was offering a better deal then some other lenders. The answer is Yes! From the moment I walked in the door, my defense mechanisms and dread about buying a car were put to rest. The atmosphere was welcoming from the receptionist to the salesman to the people I encountered in the hallway to assist me with directions around the building. I meticulously scrutinize the car and dealership before I buy-as my car is VERY important to me and something I purchase every seven years. Each person I spoke to from Andy, to Tom, to Tony and Emma, answered all of my questions directly and accurately. They followed up with phone calls and really worked to make the deal happen with ease. The car was pristine when I picked it up. Andy did a superb job walking me through the intricacies of my RX350. Emma was very thorough in directing me through the "extras" and Tony handled my concerns with grace! I visited five other Lexus dealerships having some nice, some decent and one horrible experience. I am thankful I landed at Lexus of Watertown even though I bypassed other Lexus dealers on my way. I passed on the same price RX with $1,000 more extras at a different dealer because I trust Lexus of Watertown. I love my car!!! More
