We visited the dealership without prior appointment. We wanted to check out how well the staffs treated us as well as how much we liked the car. Chris Curlley happened to be the one who met us at the front desk. He will very patient and professional. It did not take long for us to make up our mind to buy this car. The experience with Chris and the dealership gave us confidence that they are serious about customer satisfaction. Chris has been very responsive along the process. At the end, when we arrived to pickup the car, which went through a very thourough process of QA because it is a Lexus Certified used car, we were very impressed by how much effort they have put in to make the car look and feel solid and ready for its future journey.
