Usha was the person my late husband and I worked with when we bought our last Lexus in 2018. My husband was very ill at the time and Usha could not have been more thoughtful or kind, even coning to see h when we bought our last Lexus in 2018. I was in the market for a Certified pre-owned ES 350. I live in Rhode Island and inventory is very limited so my husband and I made the trip up to Watertown and met with Herb. I fell in love with the car I live in Rhode Island and inventory is very limited so my husband and I made the trip up to Watertown and met with Herb. I fell in love with the car and worked with George on the financials. The entire process was quick and painless. Due to some regulation, since I was purchasing out of my home state, Herb had to go out of his way to drive to RI and meet me to register the car.
