This is my fourth car with Lexus of Watertown and third with Usaa. He is wonderful to work with, upfront with the pricing, honest with this opinions and just a pleasure to work with. Ussa is our favorite car saleman. When we bought our first Lexus during Covid, we went to Lexus of Hingham and they did not bother because there was not cars to sell. We came to Lexus of Watertown as an alternative and did not disappoint. Ussa and Lexus of Watertown have been great with their services, from selling a car to maintaining it. We always feel welcomed there. We have been there every 5000 miles consistently for 4 years before buying our 2nd one with there with Ussa. My partner loves a BMW but we decided to stick with Lexus for the reliability and services. Will continue to be there in the future! More
