I am writing to share my deeply concerning experience with Keyes Lexus of Valencia when I purchased a car online sight-unseen last week. While they initially assured me the car was in excellent condition and discounted it from $28,000 to $17,500, the reality was far from it. Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover: Major undisclosed issues: The car had a carpet falling out in multiple locations, a strong smoke smell, faulty brakes, and even a collapsed ceiling. Misrepresentation of warranty: Despite assurances of no issues, they claimed it was an "as-is" deal, contradicting a later statement from the salesperson about a "dealer warranty." High-pressure tactics: I was rushed to sign extensive paperwork without proper explanation, even before pointing out the ceiling issue. Despite their verbal assurance to fix it, they refused to put it in writing. Lack of transparency: My requests for the alignment report were denied, raising serious doubts about a proper vehicle inspection. Unresponsive communication: After driving off the lot, contacting the salesperson for multiple days yielded no response, which I believe was a deliberate delay tactic regarding the warranty. Currently, I am stuck with a car: Riddled with problems: Dents, torn leather, sunroof malfunction, and transmission issues plague the vehicle. Financially burdensome: A $20,000 loan saddles me with a car barely functioning. Feeling cheated and unheard: The dealership's deceptive practices and lack of accountability have left me feeling powerless and frustrated. I urge anyone considering purchasing from Keyes Lexus of Valencia to proceed with extreme caution. Their disregard for honesty, transparency, and customer care is deeply concerning. I am currently exploring legal options and hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others. More

So disappointed and frustrated why I bought my car at this Lexus Valencia. Not professional and no business ethics whatsoever. Don’t buy your Lexus car here. Really had a very super bad experience. Never return calls. I bought my car July 23,2023. Set up An appointment with Jose but when I got there he was busy with other customer. Heck, whats the point of setting an appointment for when you get there, he’s not even available. He gave the sales agent named Steve. So finally the sales went through, I got the 2024 NX 350. Got the car with just one remote Key. According to Jose and Steve, they will mail it to me after a month or so. Today, it’s December 28,2023 and never gotten anything yet. I’ve been calling them and spoke with Steve several times, and he’s going anywhere. He just running around with excuses. Today I called Allison and she was told By her Manager that I should be gettting the remote key thru Lexus Apps notifications.The Lexus App Will sent a notification and Then the apps will tell me what to do. This is bunch of xxxxxxxx. And I have to come to their place and do request for second remote key And then comeback to get it. To top it all, they even harassed me to give them a good reviews. He’s been calling everyday to follow up and forcing me to do the reviews. Steve is begging that the reviews will Be the basis of their salary increased. Out of the goodness of my heart, I gave them excellent review which they don’t even deserve. Not sure if this is Lexus policy or just this dealership with bunch of unprofessional people. I am so tired of this and would like bring this to corporate office and publish this to the Wall Street journal. This dealership is not to be trusted. They don’t what’s coming and going. I should give this dealership zero star. More

The experience was great until the end. We had negoitiated the price and got the price we wanted for our trade-in, but when the deal was done we found the new electric car was not charged. Our salesperson rushed through the features and told us to go find somewhere to charge it. We were not happy and the dealership manager came out and said to this team to take care of it. We still waited another 2.5 hours before the car was fully charged. We were at the dealership for 7.5 hours and are still waiting to see what Lexus will do to rectify this. Oh, and we didn't get the second key so we are hoping that it will come in the mail as stated it would be. More
