Just let me Know when can I get my second remote key of my NX 350 in black and white confirmation without going around circles. You guys should act and exercise professionalism even the sales already been done. Problem was, after you got and close the sales, you don’t care anymore. Don’t you know the word “Retention”. Maybe you completed the sales with me, but If you demonstrated professionalism and deliver excellent customer service, your sales will sky rocket.

Still waiting to see how the situation is going to be rectified and still waiting on that second key that was supposed to be mailed. Clearly, once you purchase a car then you are no longer a priority. Horrible way to treat a customer and I've already recommended two other purchasers to visit another dealership.
