Lexus of Valencia is not close to my home, but Mark Malasig quoted me the best lease price on a 2023 RZ that I could find anywhere. Even more importantly, after sending an Uber to pick me up and drive me 45 minutes to the dealership, he stood by that quote and was nothing less than pleasant, accommodating and professional through the entire process of leasing the car. Robert Zakaryan, in Finance, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient as well, and he did a great job of making sure I understood everything in the contract. Once this lease is up, I'll definitely be contacting Mark and Lexus of Valencia about leasing my next car. More
I loved how Anahita was so pleasant and friendly and once I told her what type of car I wanted it was like she read my mind. We bought a lease return Lexus NX 300 F Sport and love it. I found the vehicle on line. We live about 80 miles from the dealership, so I contacted them to confirm the vehicle was still available and set u it. I found the vehicle on line. We live about 80 miles from the dealership, so I contacted them to confirm the vehicle was still available and set up an appointment to come look at it and drive it. On arrival we glanced at the vehicle outside before going inside for our appointment. Our sales person was Anahita Abolghasemi and she was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions (and I had plenty) with no problem. When we decided to make the purchase she brought in her finance person who was also excellent. He was quick, efficient and able to get us a better finance rate than I expected. All in all, very easy purchase. I highly recommend Lexus of Valencia!! More

I bought a car from the same dealer and salesmen seven months before, and it went okay. Began with an inquiry to salesperson Jose Moscos about a 2021 NX250h with 32,000 miles. We offered our well-maintai months before, and it went okay. Began with an inquiry to salesperson Jose Moscos about a 2021 NX250h with 32,000 miles. We offered our well-maintained 2019 NX300 with 22,000 miles in exchange. The UX250h we were interested in was certified and promised to be in great condition. However, upon our arrival at the dealership, we were rushed into starting the paperwork without a proper inspection or test drive, as another buyer was supposedly interested. We were pressured to start the paperwork due to a conflict between our salesmen and another. After the car purchase was done, some salesmen told us, "I let you guys have the car when your wife came in." What does that mean? The negotiation process was fraught with issues. Sales Manager Philip Yadkar appraised our trade-in vehicle at $4,000 less than what we were quoted at Frontier Toyota, despite its excellent condition. Random excuses about wheels and tires being bad? Huh? The tires are new!! The wheels are mint. When we finally inspected the UX250h, we found several defects, including paint and salt on the tires, heavy scratches on the center console, and missing cup holder liners and center storage liners. Jose promised a detailed job to address these issues, but this only led to further disappointment. All promises from this salesman never happened, or in his mind, never existed. Mark Haynes the Store Manager promised new tires. When I went to follow up nothing. I had set an appointment in service. Service never called back. I cancelled and gave up! They will take your trade even after signing a DMV transfer form. If you expect a check, you're going to have to push and push and push. Why did I sign the transfer form? Why is my trade-in already for sale after 48 hours? Funny thing, I went through the same process selling a car 7 months ago with the same salesmen. No issue. Additionally, I did a real detail that improved the car, something the dealership lacks! Upon discovering rust on the paint while detailing the car myself, I contacted Jose for assistance. His response was dismissive, indicating that since I hadn't purchased a specific protection plan, he couldn't help. This was followed by a call to Philip Yadkar, who advised us against visiting the dealership and showed a lack of concern. Ignoring this advice, we visited the dealership where both Jose and Philip greeted us with hostility. Jose argued in the parking lot. Then talking to Philip the sales manager inside refused to even inspect the car and threatened to expel us from the dealership when I became frustrated. Yeah, I did raise my voice after being treated like trash. it was appalling. To add insult to injury, I could not use the restroom facilities at the dealership, forcing me to run across the street! Our requests for basic replacements like new mats were met with unreasonable price increases by Jose whispering it to us as if he didn’t want anyone to hear. We ultimately agreed to a trade-in value $1000 less than offered by Frontier Toyota. Our concerns about the poor condition of the UX250h's tires were dismissed, with only a $500 credit offered in compensation. They're not putting new tires on for us! These issues needed to be constantly escalated to the store manager, Mark Haynes, and often, we were met with silence unless we persistently contacted them. Every email was received by him, never responded to. Only one phone call, which included a verbal agreement with Mr. Haynes to replace all four tires on the UX250h, was not communicated to the service department. That was before I discovered rust, which I cleaned up. I just asked for a touch-up pen. I gave up on this horrible dealer. I did get paid; I got my pen. Promised tires was lie. The marked by the vehicle's poor condition, unprofessional staff interactions, and a lack of accountability from management, has significantly eroded my confidence in Lexus of Valencia. More
