Ken exceeded our expectations of the enrire process of leasing this new car. He resolveed all of our concerns before we came to Lexus of Valencia to finalize the deal. It was not the salesman fault but of the manager who finally said he would write up the papers. We left and my daughter looked around the internet ans was contacted by Joey. This was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. We got a 2013 Lexus RX450H. We would definitely recommend this dealer and 'John' to everyone! More
