service review Got there and no one greeted me as I got off my car. Waited for help. Other sales service representatives were going in and out of the service booths. Got there and no one greeted me as I got off my car. Waited for help. Other sales service representatives were going in and out of the service booths. Till I asked someone if I was in the right place for service, wish I was. Finally a young lady from the inside offices came out from the nice A/c building next to service and asked if I had been assisted, I said no.they told me to wait here for the next tech.(20) min. Went by. This young lady asked me to come inside Mike's booth office and she handle my appointment immediately. After that everything else went very fast and nicely. My car was done faster then expected. Overall mike handle the my vehicle and all was fine. I will be coming back for quarterly service at the Valencia Lexus dealer. Thank you. More

Bryan Stover is the best service man I have ever had. He is friendly, answers any question you have and if he doesn't have the answer he will find out and get ba is the best service man I have ever had. He always give you a estimate of what your service will cost when you drop off your car. As soon as your car is washed and ready to go he calls to let you know it is ready. He makes a point to get to know you beyond your car and will ask how the family is and what is going on in your life. He always makes me feel welcome even to the point of walking you to your rental, and when your car is delivered he walks over checks it out and opens the door. He is a asset to Lexus of Valencia. Worst costumer service ever I had a really bad experience with Lexus of Valencia. The sale persons are all liars. My boyfriend and I went there to lease a lexus IS 250 under thei I had a really bad experience with Lexus of Valencia. The sale persons are all liars. My boyfriend and I went there to lease a lexus IS 250 under their graduate deal. They kept changing our sale person every time that we asked a question. 3 or 4 person would come and talk to us to coerce us to close the deal. I was not sure if I want to close the deal with them, and one of the sale dealer has told me that he has a family event that he needs to leave before 6. He threatened me if I don't close the deal before 6pm he needs to ship the car to another dealership and he needs to go home for his family event. Every time that I asked a question about the deal or about the car, they would answer back disrespectfully. Eventually, we closed the deal at around 9 pm and shockingly the sale person who had a family event and had to leave at 6 pm was still at the dealership. After they coerced me into closing the deal Paul, the sale manager has told me that I need to send them my w2 form to get the graduate deal from them. I sent them my w-2 forms two days after the deal was closed. I never heard back from them until 10 days later when I was on a vacation they sent me letter saying that I need to show a recent pay stub. When I came back in town and called Paul he said that he was wrong in advising me that W2 form was enough to get the deal. He told me I need to show a recent pay stub, although I had told them that I just graduated law school and I am in between jobs. They eventually took the car back from me and after getting the car back, they sent me COOKIES!!! This dealership has the worst costumer service ever. The sale persons are all liars and they don't even communicate between each other so they know what they are doing! Stay away from these liars if you don't want to hear lies and if you don't want to be disrespected by bunch of low class people. More

I have been going to this dealership since 2001 when I got my first Lexus IS 300. I moved out of the area in 2007 and used another dealership nearby. Now I am glad that I'm back in Santa Clarita for 4 yea got my first Lexus IS 300. I moved out of the area in 2007 and used another dealership nearby. Now I am glad that I'm back in Santa Clarita for 4 years. My first experienced with Scott when I had my old 2009 IS 250 serviced was exceptional. My recent visit for IS F with Scott last week was really great. He helped me out and fixed the problem. I'm really satisfied and I hope that Scott would be there on my next visit. IS 250 Bought my first new car from Lexus Valencia. They didn't have the IS250 F in the color I wanted but Eddie and the manager were very accommodating, got Bought my first new car from Lexus Valencia. They didn't have the IS250 F in the color I wanted but Eddie and the manager were very accommodating, got the car shipped to them overnight. I never felt pressured, everyone at the dealership was very friendly. John was super helpful in setting up bluetooth and showing me how all the fancy buttons/knobs work. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
