Five Star Sales and Service Experiences at this Dealership! For the past few years I've been having my Lexus Rx 350 serviced at Lexus of Tucson- and they've always treated me like royalty. My service consultant was Peggy Maben- and she always went above and beyond. When it came time to buy out my lease last month, Lexus of Tucson, and Joli Gaskell in particular, made the process so smooth. I leased the car in CA, bought out the lease in Tucson and was having it shipped to my new home in Washington D.C., so that came with LOADS of extra legwork/paperwork...but Joli tackled all of it happily and professionally. Rick Morreale, the finance manager, was also a pro and made my mammoth of a sale seem like a breeze! I'm incredibly impressed with Lexus of Tucson- on every level. She had purchased three cars from him over the years and said, "George was the best!" Turned out, she was right. George was courteous, respectful, professional and friendly. He made time to see me during the hectic holiday season, working around my busy schedule. Once we'd "signed the deal" he took the time to show me all the wonderful options included in my 2019 Lexus RX350. Rick Morreale, the business office consultant, was also a pleasure to deal with.
