Mark Auston is one of the finest people that I have ever met. There was never any doubt in my mind that he was not trying to find the best car for my needs. Chris Bowman is the most respectable salesman there is!!! So I found a car I want but I'm in Phoenix and it's in Tucson. It's a European luxury brand at fair price but I can't visually inspect it before my p So I found a car I want but I'm in Phoenix and it's in Tucson. It's a European luxury brand at fair price but I can't visually inspect it before my purchase. Needless to say I'm worried about paying anything without a test drive and inspection. Chris gave me the play by play after driving it himself, he gave me all the info related to maintenance, he disclosed a possible repair needed and took it to a specialist outside of their dealership to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. Showed up to sign and drive away and the car was better than I hoped, the minor concern isn't even noticeable to me (I wouldn't have discussed if I were him), and he got me the payment I was wanting. Enjoyed my drive back to Phoenix in style and comfort with a bouquet of roses he got for my wife who want able to pick up the car with me. Car salesmen don't have great reputations but Chris is the opposite of any stereotype and it was a blessing to have him on my side through it all. More

We brought our 2015 Lexus RX 350 in for service and while waiting asked about Hybrid vehicles. Mark Austin provided info without any pressure and found a 2015 Lexus Hybrid (our preferred year ) had just com waiting asked about Hybrid vehicles. Allowed us to try it out for an hour or so and made it easy to trade in our 2015 for the 2015 Hybrid. We walked into the dealership cold and with a complete specification for the Lexus we wanted. I had searched every dealership in Tucson and Phoenix and none had what we wanted in stock. The color and op specification for the Lexus we wanted. I had searched every dealership in Tucson and Phoenix and none had what we wanted in stock. The color and options combination were difficult to find but Mark located one still in production that came very close to what we wanted. Mark was great at finding it and reserving it for us. Rick and Mark also handled our request for a change in in the purchase conditions with alacrity and aplomb. Overall, we are quite satisfied Lexus of Tucson, with the vehicle we purchased and with the attention, ingenuity, tenacity and courtesy which these two gentlemen evinced. More
