Joli Gaskell made buying a car easy and even fun for me! Most sales people are just talking to you for the car and the money, but Joli eased my worries and encouraged me to buy the car i have always wanted. George K was great to work with, he is experienced and knowledgeable and assisted in finding the information I wanted to make my decision. Thanks George! Then there is the Service Department and you cannot go wrong with their team, my rep can understand "female making sounds" to explain something that I think might be an issue. Yea! Jim. This dealership is right up there with the best. I was quickly greeted each time I arrived, routinely offered something to drink and a snack, and always treated with respect. The dealership's facilities are very nice and accommodating, especially the new customer lounge with fresh-brewed coffee/tea and sodas. George, our salesman, was professional at all times and ensured I was kept up to date while I waited for delivery of the car. The day of delivery was efficient, and a minor issue with an applicable rebate was handled well. All in all, the experience was outstanding. I’m looking forward to a long-term customer relationship with Lexus of Tucson! More

My husband and I worked with Jim Sherron to purchase a certified used Lexus. He was such a pleasure to work with -it was like purchasing a vehicle from a friend. Everyone at Lexus of Tucson Auto Mall were friendly, courteous and accommodating. They allowed us the opportunity to take the car for an extended period of time. That, along with the price, really helped us in making our purchase decision. When we came to pick up the car, I was presented with a bouquet of roses - now, what girl doesn't want a bouquet of roses?!! More
