The person who handled the paperwork and financing informed us of what options were available (such as extended warranty) but there was no hard sell. Overall, a very pleasant car buying experience. The reason for the 4 on price is that we were unable to negotiate a significant reduction in the MSRP, but perhaps we should not have expected much on a 2 week old car. We have yet to test the service department but the salesperson made a point of introducing us to the service manager; a nice touch. More

I arrived at the deanship late in the afternoon and I was in rather a hurry to complete the transaction, provided we could reach agreement on the deal, because I had to leave Tucson the next day around 1 p.m. The car I actually wanted happened to be at the Speedway showroom, but Jolie arranged to have it transferred and ready for me by 10 a.m. the next day. The paperwork was finished quickly and I drove off the lot with my new car within a couple of hours. I was very happy with the service I received and I am very pleased so far with my new red ES . This week, I went in for a 35,000 mile service but when I arrived for the service, Jim Bingham informed me of a safety campaign that Lexus has undertaken. This mean't that my service would take longer than previously expected. He had already arranged for a loaner car, and because I was having guests in my home that afternoon, he had my car delivered to my home and exchanged for the loaner.
