Joli demonstrated a unique ability to sell a vehicle without "selling" the vehicle. What I mean by that is that I did not feel any pressure and felt completely relaxed throughout the entire process of b without "selling" the vehicle. I am a first time Lexus owner and felt somewhat initmidated coming to the showroom in the Auto Mall. A friend and Lexus owner, accompanied me. Joli approached us and her professionalism and knowled initmidated coming to the showroom in the Auto Mall. A friend and Lexus owner, accompanied me. Joli approached us and her professionalism and knowledge were immediately apparent. She took time to determine my ideas and needs, conveying a sincere interest in "getting it right"...as we continued to look around that day, I kept comparing both the car and the sales people we met. At the end of the afternoon, I was behind the wheel of the pre-owned vehicle she had suggested to me, driving on I 10 because Joli wanted me to know how the vehicle handled in that situation, recalling that I do a long driving trip each year. She also solved my dilemma about service in the tiny town where I live part of the year. These are just two examples of her personalized approach. She met me with information at a perfect pace for retention and I drove away yesterday just delighted with the whole experience. The car is remarkable, Joli, extraordinary. The dealership's facilities are very nice and accommodating, especially the new customer lounge with fresh-brewed coffee/tea and sodas. George, our salesman, was professional at all times and ensured I was kept up to date while I waited for delivery of the car. The day of delivery was efficient, and a minor issue with an applicable rebate was handled well. All in all, the experience was outstanding.
