To complete the sale, the paperwork took less than an hour, including new vehicle delivery to show us how features worked. I was in the market for a new GS350 and I called for a test drive. Jerry had two models for me to drive and we spent about 2 hours on the test drives. The car was ready when promised and the actual sale was straightforward with no high pressure sales of additional warranties or dealer options. Jonathon was very thorough and spent about an hour reviewing all the features on the car and how to use them. I had some additional questions over the next few days and Jonathon was very prompt with getting me additional information as needed. I have owned two prior Lexus vehicles and the service department is first rate. I would highly recommend the Lexus brand and this dealership. More

These and many more were the questions that I faced as I recently totaled a Lexus IS 350 (which saved my life) and was now going through the process of finding a similar replacement vehicle. I searched the internet for the exact car and condition I wanted, and located the vehicle at Lexus of Tuscon. When I began researching the car and the dealership, I started by reading reviews of the dealership based on comments from locals, and more importantly repeat car buyers. I personally have never seen a dealership receive an overall rating of 4.9 out of 5 and decided to post an internet request for more information. Within the hour I had received a personal call from Joli Gaskell, and from there I realized I was working with a dealership that listened to their customer needs, and then worked to make that customer experience outstanding. Communication with Joli was friendly, honest, accurate, and open to ideas about how to make this simple and the least stressful. In short number of days paperwork was exchanged, the car was delivered to the my residence (3 days ahead of schedule!), and I was driving a beautiful car in perfect condition. I have told my friends and colleagues just how easy it was to buy with confidence and assurance from a dealership 1900 miles away, and would encourage anyone seeking a new or used Lexus to consider a purchase from Joli, Bryan, and the team at Lexus of Tuscon at the Automall. Joli and Ron mostly dealt with my husband but they allowed him to take car home for a trial run. We had some health issues involved so we wanted to make sure the car was the one for us. As it turned out, it was a bit too wide for our car port so we decided against it. But I have to say we had the greatest service that we've ever had anywhere. Joli and Ron were so considerate and helpful. They went way beyond what they needed to do to accommodate us We would definitely return to this dealership in the future. More

Bought 2004 Ford Thunderbird. Dealership said there we no issues, all good. Paid and recieved car with damage around from fog light. Investigated photos sent and the damage was on photo. Dealership acknowled issues, all good. Paid and recieved car with damage around from fog light. Investigated photos sent and the damage was on photo. Dealership acknowledged damage but did nothing about it. Refused to respond to emails and phone calls. $400 to repair. There word is not good. Never buy on internet from them. More
