I have been a happy Lexus owner for the past 3 years and when it came to time to buy another vehicle I DID NOT shop around, I just went straight to my Lexus dealer. Why? Bought 2004 Ford Thunderbird. Dealership said there we no issues, all good. Paid and recieved car with damage around from fog light. Investigated photos sent and the damage was on photo. Dealership acknowled issues, all good. Paid and recieved car with damage around from fog light. Investigated photos sent and the damage was on photo. Dealership acknowledged damage but did nothing about it. Refused to respond to emails and phone calls. $400 to repair. There word is not good. Never buy on internet from them. More

Mark Koller spent almost two hours with me explaining how all the buttons worked and what the car could do. He was so knowledgable about what he sells. The sales people we dealt with were very friendly, professional and knowlegeable. Training must be extensive, based on their knowlege of every detail of the 2013 car were were interested in, even thou professional and knowlegeable. The person who handled the paperwork and financing informed us of what options were available (such as extended warranty) but there was no hard sell. Overall, a very pleasant car buying experience. The reason for the 4 on price is that we were unable to negotiate a significant reduction in the MSRP, but perhaps we should not have expected much on a 2 week old car. We have yet to test the service department but the salesperson made a point of introducing us to the service manager; a nice touch. More

Jolie Gaskell at Lexus at the Tucson Auto Mall made it all very easy and pleasant for me when I traded my 2007 GS on a 2012 ES model a week or so ago. I arrived at the deanship late in the afternoon and I all very easy and pleasant for me when I traded my 2007 GS on a 2012 ES model a week or so ago. I arrived at the deanship late in the afternoon and I was in rather a hurry to complete the transaction, provided we could reach agreement on the deal, because I had to leave Tucson the next day around 1 p.m. The car I actually wanted happened to be at the Speedway showroom, but Jolie arranged to have it transferred and ready for me by 10 a.m. the next day. The paperwork was finished quickly and I drove off the lot with my new car within a couple of hours. I was very happy with the service I received and I am very pleased so far with my new red ES .
