We were disappointed that the car only came with one key after the sale was completed, and George called me later the same day to let me know that they would make a new key (expensive smart key) for us free of charge. He was very responsive and got us exactly what we wanted. We had been looking for a Lexus GX 460 for a couple of months. At another dealership, when they didn't have the GX 460 that we wanted on the lot, they said they would let us know when they got one in. However, when Kris didn't have the one we wanted on the lot, he took the time to find one. Within a day or two, he found one on it's way to Texas and was able to get it for us. Kris and a technician drove the new GX from Tucson to Phoenix and helped set up everything for my wife. Kris also brought a dozen roses for my wife, which was nice touch. I highly recommend the Lexus GX 460 and also Lexus of Tucson at the Auto Mall. Ask for Kris in Internet Sales. More
