The respect and professionalism I received at Lexus of Tucson was the best I've ever experienced. The sales consultant, George Karahalios, was knowledgeable and saw to it I never went back to the Buick dealership. Ken Demski, the Sales Manager, was very helpful in putting the deal together and the finance gal, Pam Schantz, was a rock star. Many dealers are good at selling, I guess, but what about after the sale? Well... The car I purchased was used and I had an issue with the ignition switch. The 1-month delivery warranty period I received had expired and Lexus of Tucson was under no obligation to take care of it. I decided to give Ken Demski a call anyway and he immediately offered to fix it, feeling it was the dealer's responsibility despite the timing. This is the type of "above the call of duty" customer service that is too rare today. Lexus of Tucson gets all my referrals. More

The financing consultant did not enter my promotional information into the correct computer and I am receiving invoices for the old lease. I have had to contact Lexus Financial to try and correct things. They are the ones who told me that the information was entered into the wrong computer. I am also receiving notices from the DMV that the 2013 CT200 is still registered in my name, please correct. More

I would give negative stars if I could!! I bought a pre owned certified Lexus gx 6 months ago.... Lets just say my car has been in the shop 5 different times. The moment I drove my car off th I bought a pre owned certified Lexus gx 6 months ago.... Lets just say my car has been in the shop 5 different times. The moment I drove my car off the lot the rubber around the outside of my windows flew off. Then my breaks started squeaking so loudly I was embarrassed to drive my new car. Finding out later that my certified Lexus didnt have Lexus Breaks! Then my car just stopped working while I was driving my two young childen. Yes, stopped working! Thank goodness for Monterey Lexus who saved the day and helped me get through the horrible experience. Two months later my car wont start. I popped the hood and behold my battery is cracked!!!! I had just had my car serviced the week before.... I am now having to get my car towed out of pocket because they don't consider cracked battery maintenance. Basically this dealership slapped a certified sign on a xxx car. I cant wait to sell it!!!! Point of my review, don't trust this dealership!!!!!!!! More
