Although, the car went in for an This past week, my Lexus ES300 was at Lexus Auto Mall in Tucson, AZ, under the direction of my advisor, Peggy Maben. Although, the car went in for an oil change, she and I decided to rotate the tires earlier than mileage indicated. Once the wheels were off, well, let’s just say Peggy had myriad matters to address and orchestrate. If you think I don’t care for my car in a timely manner, you are oh so mistaken. Peggy and I are on top of it, whatever it entails. She’s an exceptional listener and follows through on every aspect to the customer’s satisfaction. Once a technician determines a problem(s), she explains the scenario in a way that the customer understands without talking down to them. She’s receptive to questions and stays in contact with her customer throughout the entire process, i.e., from the time their car is checked in till it’s picked up. This is our first Luxury vehicle and after looking at the Lexus there is no comparing or going back to previous vehicle types. We want to acknowledge Joli Gaskell and Mark Auston who were very supportive, answered our questions and made us feel as we were part of the Lexus family from the beginning, a major decision to lease from Lexus at the Auto Mall. Not once did they pressure us to commit. Adam was so helpful in finding a vehicle that matched our request, working on the pricing and had it delivered in record time. Buying or leasing a vehicle such as a Lexus is an important decision, but starting and building a relationship of trust and confidence with the dealer is as important if not more. Rick Morreale was very efficient and took the time to answer our questions during the contract signing. .. Overall we found that the Lexus at the Auto Mall team works very well to make clients feel comfortable and do whatever they need to do for a welcome outcome. Difficult situation made easy Mark Kollar met me in the lot a few minutes before closing. I was dealing with a disabled vehicle I needed to trade in. Time was not on my side, as this was an unexpected adventure during a full week of appointments. He stayed late, helped me decide on the right vehicle and negotiated to a fair price and accepted my old vehicle as trade (knowing full well it was going to be towed in the following day). Mike was the deciding factor of what to offer on the trade and I believe he gave me a fair value. I took the vehicle that evening and finalized the paperwork the following day. Knowing I was short on time. Mark gave me a voucher for car detail and a tank of gas. Something standard, but I couldn't wait. Overall I was impressed with the professionalism and salesmanship of Mark and Mike. It was an experience I left feeling that we both got what we needed out of the transaction. More

Joli Gaskell took the time to answer text messages, and our many concerns and questions, paying attention to everything we mentioned about what kind of vehicle we wanted. We never felt pressured or coerced by her, even after she found the "perfect" car. She was very professional while being very personal. We are "hooked" on Lexus of Tucson, at the Auto Mall. After 11 years of excellent service, which probably extended the "life" of our 1st Lexus, we look forward to a continued relationship with them and their excellent staff. More
