Lexus of Southampton - a true disappointment I recently switched to a RX350 from a GLE350 lease. As part of the deal, the dealership Manager Michael Penta agreed to fix minor scratches on my Mer I recently switched to a RX350 from a GLE350 lease. As part of the deal, the dealership Manager Michael Penta agreed to fix minor scratches on my Mercedes before it was returned. His salesperson Felicia Lattimore sends me an email confirming it was done and the car was returned. I visited the vehicle on the Mercedes lot a few days after it was returned to discover no fix was done. Lexus deserves better, and I am still waiting for lease manager Joe Gomez or salesperson to address the issue. More
