He worked hard with finance manager Robert, to make sure I was comfortable with the terms and payment. No pressure, and he was totally straight forward and honest. On the delivery day he even drove to my house to pick up my girlfriend and myself and drove us back to Smithtown to complete the transaction on the car. Abbas Rajani took the time to show us the features and technologies in the car even though it was past closing time. Once again, phenomenal experience. My girlfriend was soo impressed she mentioned she wants to buy or lease a Lexus herself, and we wouldn't go anywhere else but Lexus of Smithtown. Thanks Guys! More

Best Experience! Based on recommendation - my husband and I drove 45 minutes to Smithtown Lexus. I was not sure what I was getting into - as there is a Lexus dealersh Based on recommendation - my husband and I drove 45 minutes to Smithtown Lexus. I was not sure what I was getting into - as there is a Lexus dealership 5 minutes from me. Quinn was MOST informative! My husband had not even wanted to drive another Lexus after his experience at the other dealership - but Quinn was SOOOO patient - answered all of his questions and put him at ease. My husband had a particular price in mind....and Quinn was so patient with him - and even when he was unable to meet the price - was able to counter with something that put my husband at ease. After all this - we dreaded the next part - the Finance Manager. Well....most positive experience. No pressue to purchase unneccessary items. Spoke to us about what we might be interested in. Gave us some advice on what may be prudent. When the prices were off - didn't hesitate to get final approval for what we wanted and what we felt comfortable paying for. When we came to pick up the car....Jeff was great. Took the time to re-show my husband things that were on our original lexus - and to show him the newer items on this car. Took his time and didn't rush us out. All in all - the Smithtown Lexus experience was GREAT. I would definetely come back. I would definetely tell everyone on the Southshore - that it is worth the drive out.The team that they have there - can only enhance your experience.They take their time with you ....and makes you feel special. Bob is always very polite, cooperative and takes time to answer our questions. For many years now, we feel like we are visiting with a friend when we deal with him.
