We did try to reach out to on 2/12 when you submitted the review. I understand your frustration however there are some things I would like to mention to you. The recall did clearly state that the vehicle should have 1/4 tank or less fuel in order to do the procedure. It does take time to remove and dispose of fuel. Your fuel was replenished as a courtesy, not mandated by the recall letter. Our sales associate attempted to contact you numerous times and left detailed messages regarding the appraisal on your HS250h. Due to the weather conditions that were not in our control (2 feet of snow) we were unable to evaluate your vehicle. It appears that we were unable to satisfy your requests and we apologize that we were not able to come to terms.

Yes, you DID try to reach out to me WHEN I SUBMITTED THE REVIEW, NOT when I complained about the service; it took you SEVEN DAYS to contact me. You were not interested in my negative comments UNTIL I POSTED THEM. Also, the recall did NOT clearly state that "the vehicle should have 1/4 tank or less fuel." Rather, as I QUOTED in my original post, the recall said, "IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE HAVE 1/4 TANK OF GAS OR LESS." Again, that's "IF POSSIBLE." Furthermore, your telephone calls - which only started after I posted my review - dealt with my dissatisfaction of the service. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON mentioned my present vehicle. And, your numerous calls were actually four calls - two from Frank Galante, one from another sales manager, and one from the salesperson trying to sell me a new car.
