But it is clearly appears that this dealership is really only good with local clientele. After months of searching, I was finally getting the car that I wanted...or so I thought. In the midst of finalizing, the salesperson disappeared with no explanation from him or the dealership and no apology. The car was subsequently sold to another person while I tried to find out what was happening. I was referred to another salesperson, believing that there would be some resolution and effort to find another car or at least communicate with me on a regular basis. This is the type of incident that is important enough for a general sales manager to address...and not to put it in the hands of a clerk with little experience. After another 10 days of no contact following a phone and email message, I finally received a phone message telling me that she had found a car for me...a ridiculous communication given that they were offering a totally different, much older and discontinued model. I write this note to anyone else who is relying on the internet to find the car of their dreams. If you have to settle for a completely different car due to people who don't take you seriously, you might as well have the experience of being economically sustainable by supporting your local economy. In no way does this dealership deserve a coveted 5.0 rating. More

From the moment I walked in it was a relaxed process where everyone was as helpful as possible. The prices on their used vehicles are fair and well below other dealers and they take the time to make sure everything is perfect before they let you drive it off the lot. They even went so far as to help my dad purchase my trade-in quickly and easily and sent him away with it for $200 more than I traded it in for with a new windshield, an oil change and a full tank of gas! I just cannot say enough about the quality of the customer service at Santa Fe Lexus. It could not possibly get any better than this. I literally drove my CT off the showroom floor, which is a nice thing to be able to tell friends. Terry worked very hard to get me a deal with which I felt comfortable. My motto now is "Life is short. Drive a Lexus." Meticulous explanation of the myriad features. All the employees were extremely friendly and courteous. I came for several test drives and Terry was as patient and cooperative as could be. At another car dealership the salesperon told me I was giving them a bad name by test driving and not buying something ~ I did 3 test drives! Other dealerships could certainly takes lessons from these salespeople. Santa Fe Lexus is first class all the way. There is not one thing I would change about this experience. More
