jUST WHEN i THOUGHT i FOUND SOMETHING AMISS I bought my car about 2 1/2 years ago and have had Lexus of Santa Fe do all the service work. Their customer service is so extraordinary, I would hol I bought my car about 2 1/2 years ago and have had Lexus of Santa Fe do all the service work. Their customer service is so extraordinary, I would hold them as a marker by which other businesses could be compared. Then I discovered a problem: the courtesy coffee service was less than optimum. They seemed to have replaced the individual coffee creamers with one of those large boxes of powdered creamer. When I got a followup call from their customer service rep after a routine service asking me if their recent service was as I expected it to be, I had to confess that everything was fine except the coffee service was disappointing. I felt silly complaining about the coffee, especially when the rep asked me if I had noticed the container on the side of the coffee pots that contained the small individual coffee creamer that I preferred. Now I really felt silly. I had absolutely nothing to complain about . I wish all businesses I dealt with were as well run as Lexus of Santa Fe. More

He gave me all the information I needed to find the right car. I feel like I've made a new friend, someone I can trust to be honest with me. Barry made the whole process a breeze. He has such a warm, yet professional personality. I'm also looking forward to continuing to depend on Leonard Navarro to be my Service Representative. I've always been able to count on Leonard to look after my best interest in caring for my car. He always answers any questions I have whether suggesting the right tires or guiding me to have a service done when it is needed or letting me know what to watch for. From the first contact through a referral when Audrey and Barry called me after an online inquiry to the picture taking of me as I drove away in my new Lexus, there wasn't a moment of anxiety or feeling pressured. The genuine warmth and caring about your experience as a customer was palpable. My past experiences with the purchase or lease of an automobile were exhausting and bordered on harrassment. But NOT at Lexus of Santa Fe. Everyone was happy, professional, caring and courteous. My research as an academic is in the field of leadership. I studied and worked with Peter Drucker who is recognized as the father of modern management, who asked five key questions on which an organization must focus, 1. What is our mission (or what is the business we are in), 2. Who is our customer, 3. What does our customer value, 4. What are our results, and finally, as a result of deeply probing the first four questions, 5. What is our plan. I can attest to this Lexus dealership as one that would qualify as a transformational workplace/organization which understands their customers and what they value.
