I've always felt special going to Lexus of Santa Fe. My every concern was always addressed and I've found the entire staff to be very courteous and helpful. Danielle went beyond expectations: she delivered the car. Her service was much more than that. It began with email conversations that exceeded 100 emails and several phone conversations since I was 700 miles Her service was much more than that. Danielle video taped and photographed the vehicle to help me examine every nuance and feel confident of the condition it was in. We negotiated an excellent deal which was above and beyond their already good deal. And since I was in Austin and the vehicle in Santa Fe, Danielle met me half way (Lubbock TX) where we completed the deal. Most of the paperwork was done online or by fax and the remainder of the paper work was completed over coffee. The actual purchase was the quickest and easiest. The overall deal was the friendliest. In the end this was the best car buying experience I've had; I felt like I had purchased by best friend's car from them. During the signing process I could tell that Danielle has a new vision for the auto industry: to make the experience holistic and compassionate, to change the focus from salesmen competing against each other and attending to you only for the sale to working together to personalize their service for the customer for the life of the car. I have been in the market to buy certain used vehicle that i saw this carlot had in stock. I emailed and was answered by Danielle. This Woman is amazing. I happily purchased/leased a new beautiful ES 350 from lexus of Santa Fe. 90 days later the car was no longer driveable. It has a bad/faulty transmission and I found myself stranded on the side of the freeway "Terrified!". I did not want my NEW $40,000 car to be "fixed" I asked to be placed into a new car being that mine was "new" and only 3 months had gone by...... The people namely the owner af Albuquerque/Santa Fe Lexus did not want to help me unless I paid $3000 to get into a new car. Why? This was not my fault and Lexus admitted it was not my fault but wouldn't help me unless I was willing to (of course) spend more money. I am very sad because the car was what I wanted and had been a loyal Lexus/Toyota customer for years. I walk away knowing that yes things happen, no company can be perfect but how the situation was handled by the people at the Local Lexus was shameful....I unfortunately can never drive a LEXUS again. In life material things are great but pride and self respect are priceless. More
