Service Rep Brandon was: highly communicative, had high technical knowledge, seemed to know what he was doing, friendly, was anxious to get the job (30k service) done right. technical knowledge, seemed to know what he was doing, friendly, was anxious to get the job (30k service) done right. More
I was able to get an appointment on short notice for a first service on my 2023 Lexus. This dealership was so accommodating we were able to make our lunch date at Santa Cafe on time. I took my car in for a regular oil change and inspection. The service department recommended that fluids be changed at 100,000 miles when they had been changed at 90,000 miles. They also recommended that the spark plugs be changed when that isn’t recommended by the manufacturer for another 20,000 miles, and the car shows no indication of ignition issues. And, they recommended an And, they recommended a coolant service, which is a red flag for an unneeded service. The service representative didn’t engage with me until the end of the service. I’m accustomed to the valet, taking my car to the service day and speaking with the service representative before any work is done on the car. I sat in the waiting room for an hour with no contact from dealership staff until I approached them. They were nice and friendly, but this dealership didn’t live up to what I have come to expect for the Lexus experience. More
