Good service, but I had to wander around to find someone when I arrived after waiting in a deserted reception area ( except for another customer). Also, the snack area had no snacks despite what I was told when I arrived after waiting in a deserted reception area ( except for another customer). Also, the snack area had no snacks despite what I was told when I booked the appointment, except for soda in a refrigerator. More
I experienced great customer service. Jarvis Newman (financing), Chris Ortega (sales), and Brandon Gray (service) were all outstanding in their knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness. Adrian Nevarez and Jarvis Newman made my purchasing a car a very pleasant experience. Adrian and Jarvis answered all my questions and at no time assertive. I thank them both. a very pleasant experience. Adrian and Jarvis answered all my questions and at no time assertive. I thank them both. More
We’ve had good service from this dealer over a period of years, but came away from a recent service visit wondering about their systems and their pricing. At less than 40,000 miles, they recommended flushi years, but came away from a recent service visit wondering about their systems and their pricing. At less than 40,000 miles, they recommended flushing the transmission and both front and rear differentials at a cost of almost $800, even though this is a two wheel drive car. Probably need to follow up with the general manager. More
Took my RX350 in for 75K servicing. At drop off Service Rep. did not provide any paperwork as to what was to be done nor estimated cost; first time this was not provided in 10 yrs. havi At drop off Service Rep. did not provide any paperwork as to what was to be done nor estimated cost; first time this was not provided in 10 yrs. having vehicle serviced here. I assumed regular servicing would include oil change/filter--it didn't. Rec'd. email advising all checked out with no issues. Called service and asked if vehicle was ready for pickup after noon. Told it was in for wash and would be available shortly. Asked about oil change and told that wasn't done. Asked why and told not required at 75K servicing. Asked for it to be done. Tried calling number on email starting at 2:00PM and advised by answering machine it was past normal business hours which were from 8AM to 6PM on Saturday??? Didn't know name of Service Rep. so could not access any of the service persons. After not hearing from the dealership, drove down and 4:30 PM and vehicle was ready. Svc. rep (Andres Rodriguez) said he had texted me at 1:15 PM to advise vehicle was ready; did not receive any text!!! Asked why he hadn't followed up with a call after I hadn't replied and he said he was very busy. Asked why oil change wasn't standard for servicing; he said not required at 75K servicing. Asked why I didn't receive print out with what was to be done and estimated cost. He replied that they do not do that--WHAT??? Asked when this procedure began, just reiterated they don't do that. Andres was courteous but very unhappy I could not get through the phone tree to speak to a real person at the dealership! No onsite receptionist any longer and phone calls go through Dallas. NOT PLEASED ONE BIT WITH MY SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND TOTAL INABILITY TO SPEAK TO A PERSON AT LEXUS IN SANTA FE.!!! More
