When we moved from Thousand Oaks in 2000 we started leasing new vehicles at Lexus of Riverside and was assigned David Osuna as our Service Rep. We have done every 5,000 service through Lexus since 1992. We realize we pay a premium to have our cars serviced at Lexus but the reason we have done our services at Lexus of Riverside since 2000 is because of David Osuna. He has always made sure that we got the best service, which is the reason we have done all required services at Lexus of Riverside. More

Victor from the very beginning provided such exceptional service. I felt so comfortable looking at different options and never felt pressured that I had to buy that same particular day. When I say pressured, I mean the usual uncomfortable aggressiveness salespersons have. Victor has his own smoothness. Victor was outstanding, professional and courteous. Best Car buying experience ever.. I owned a Toyota and it is still running strong after 15 yrs and 200,000 miles so I knew I wanted that same assurance in the new car. I was researching on the internet and Jake Schanback from Lexus called me. I was surprised to get a call but he was so pleasant and understanding, I agreed to come in and see what they had. It was the easiest thing I have ever done. It was like shopping with a friend. I wasn’t nervous or even hesitant to take a test drive of the RX350. I felt like I already owned the car. The RX 350 is awesome. When I got back he printed up the paperwork and I went home to think it over. NO pressure, No hassles. When we came back in I wanted to look at another color (same car). He brought it down and it was waiting with a Big Red bow on it. I ended up buying the original color Atomic Silver and it is stunning. Then we went to Danny, the finance guy. I just knew here is where it was going to get stressful. Nope. The second nicest guy in the company. We were in and out of the dealer in less than 2 hours. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable and I felt like I was the most important customer they had. I’m a customer for life., More

He had me out in less than 2 hours wrapping up the entire purchase of my new RX 350. I wasn’t even looking to purchase. I was having my GS serviced and fell in live with my loaner . Doug was sensitive and kind and knew I was in pain and eager to get home. I have never met a dealership where every single person you come in contact with are so personable and receptive ! Communication with the customer. Had appointment at 10:30 to recharge air conditioner. I was told that I would be getting a call in 2 hours. At 1:00 and 1:30 I left voice mails. Still no response from my service adviser. At 2:15 I went back to check on my car. I was told he was to busy to contact me. Finally at 3:00. I got to leave. More
