Just got scammed by their service department So I was thrilled with the dealership but I found out it was a scam and a lie. They claimed to have replaces the rotors and put on new pads. Same problem going on so I went to a different Lexus dealership and found out they didn't replace anything. Fast talking NY scam in service and e very aware, ask for your old parts or do something to protect yourself. More
