Emily was incredibly knowledgeable on all features the RC, ES, and GS had to offer. Even with the hours I spend researching before I step foot on a dealership lot, Emily showed me many features I did not know about! As a result of Emily's extensive knowledge on the different features on each car, I was able to make a much more informed decision, which greatly expedited my purchase. Even though her dealership did not have the specific vehicle I wanted in stock, she was able to obtain the vehicle I wanted with the exact interior/exterior colors, and all added packages and options I was looking for. She even worked with the General Manager, John Cabral, to beat a competitive offer I had from another local dealership. John was excellent in explaining every question I asked regarding the price. In the end, I could not have asked for a better experience. Emily and John both went to great lengths to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. nd RX Bob Cascarino sold us our second new RX. In 2005 John Satter and Bob sold us our RX 330 and in Feb 2016 Bob sold us our (second) new 2016 RX 350. We Bob Cascarino sold us our second new RX. In 2005 John Satter and Bob sold us our RX 330 and in Feb 2016 Bob sold us our (second) new 2016 RX 350. We waited almost 16 months anticipating the new RX and its features. Bob was very patient with us knowing he would eventually help get us into the new RX. Bob assisted us in ordering the car exterior and interior colors and equipment we wanted. It was made to our specifications and Bob kept us informed through the six-week wait. Lexus of Pleasanton Service department has always been outstanding keeping us informed and on-scheduled return of the auto when in for service. I would certainly purchase another Lexus from Lexus of Pleasanton and partivularly from Bob Cascarino. Buying a new car was, and has been in the past, a great and low-key experience. Waste of gas, waste of time. If I were you, try Lexus of Oakland or Serramonte, maybe they'll actually give you the car you want without baiting you. More

From the initial contact with Andrew weeks prior to leasing the vehicle and throughout the entire process not once did my wife and I feel pressured in any fashion to make a decision that we would be uncomfortable with. I just bought my third Lexus, the second one I have purchased from this dealer. Over the years I have found them to be above-board and fair (though you must realize they are in business to make a profi purchased from this dealer. The customer lounge is very comfortable, with leather seating, flat screen TV, fresh brewed Starbucks coffee, and snacks. I was provided with a near-new Lexus to drive while they prepped my new car and whenever I had warranty work (they actually called me to tell me about a recall). More
