Exceptional Service! 5 stars for Drew Hopkins and the service department. To make a long story short, there was a minor issue with my recently purchased used vehicle that 5 stars for Drew Hopkins and the service department. To make a long story short, there was a minor issue with my recently purchased used vehicle that needed correcting. My appointment was made quickly, the issue was diagnosed within a day, and I was loaned a nice new Lexus SUV to drive while repairs were made. Drew Hopkins made this process extremely easy and pain-free. I highly recommend working with him. More
A Dealership that truly cares! When my new 2019 RX350 was broken into, before I even made the first monthly payment I was so distraught. I couldn't believe that happened to me, and the hassle I thought it would be to get it fixed. I spoke with the Lexus Parts Department, and ordered my glass, and they let me know that it would be there the next morning, thankfully! My usual Service Advisor Nick Wilson took excellent care of me, and my RX. I knew that glass had gotten everywhere on the inside because I had tried to vacuum it out myself, but there was so many nooks and cranies that my vacuum couldn't reach, and had cut my hands in a few places, I gave up. I hadn't needed to worry about it. The technician who worked on my car, Gregorio made sure that he cleaned out everywhere in my Lexus so diligently that I have no worries about my daughter cutting herself on the class like I did. I was so thankful that they took so much time to take care of my car! Thank you Lexus of Pleasanton! More
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I purchased a used Lexus less than a month ago. I live in Stockton and there is no Lexus dealer here. I made an appointment at the Pleasanton Lexus fo I purchased a used Lexus less than a month ago. I live in Stockton and there is no Lexus dealer here. I made an appointment at the Pleasanton Lexus for 11:00 on 6/10 and there were accidents and traffic and I called to say that I would be about 30 minutes from the looks of it. I could not get a person and then I pushed a button and got a message that said to leave a message and they would get right back with me. They never got back with me. When I got there I eventually was told to follow this lady to a service agent named Nick. He saw I had an appt. and went out to get my car ready. He came back and said that he would not have an SD card for two weeks after he ordered it. He said that the person making the appt. only wrote down that a software update was needed. He said the car also needed a few recalls performed. He said he too busy. I asked him if could check on my warranty. He led me out and told me to make a new appt. in a few weeks. I asked what about the warranty he was supposed to check on and he said oh yeah. He went back to look at his computer and told me I have until October 2019 for the warranty. He rushed me out and told me it was time to go because he was busy. He was rude and I will not go back to that Lexus dealer and will try the next closest one which is Modesto. I drove two hours to get there and more to get home and there is no excuse for that sort of treatment. He said I hope you have something else to do in this area since you are here and I said I didn't and he said " well I will walk you out. " More

Appointment not honored. The service department is a total joke when you have a problem with your car. Seems all they can do is the normal servicing. Mine is a NX200T and hers is an IS200T. We took them both in today with issues. The NX is having issues with displaying the traffic flow on the nav map, very slow to show the colors, and the IS is having issues with the transmission slipping out of first while stopped and when pushing accelerators to go, the engine revs and then suddenly catches and jerks forward. The service writers first response was “we have never heard of this issue on either car”. My wife had an appointment and when we she arrived she was told they could not look at it today and would have to leave it overnight. We told them to make sure these issues were documented in our records due to them being close to the end of warranty. Looks like we will be trying anotheLexus dealer. Will never buy or have cars serviced there again. They are not the only dealer in town but they think so or they just don’t know how to fix a car. Nothing but excuses. More
