UPDATE ON REVIEW. I scheduled an appointment for my NX200T and upon arrival I was met with great respect and professionalism. Vehicle service/repair was started as soon as paperwork was completed. Service Adviser, Nick, kept in constant contact on progress of repair. Technician performed replacement of SD card and updated Navigation software/firmware to latest version. After driving vehicle for several days now, the problem seems to have been fixed and will advise after more time has past. My wife took her IS200T in for diagnoses of her transmission. The technician could not find any problem codes or experience the issue she complained about. It is now on record concerning the transmission for when it may become a problem and the car is out of warranty. This is the kind of experience both of us expected the first time and hopefully in the future. Thank you, Lexus of Pleasonton.
