John was hampered by a very slow computer issue, not his fault, but it took 40 minutes to drop off my car. It was challenging to know when my car was going to be finished. John thought about 11:30. Our sales agent, Joseph Minister, was amazing. We had a conversation with in early January where we decided on what sort of car in which we were interested. Very accommodating sale staff JV helped me purchase my parents a CPO SUV this past weekend. I Live in El Cerrito so it's a bit far to drive all the way to the dealership. My parent JV helped me purchase my parents a CPO SUV this past weekend. I Live in El Cerrito so it's a bit far to drive all the way to the dealership. My parents lives in San Francisco. I was able to negotiate the price with JV over text. My parents went to test drive the car without me. But since I was paying for the car, I had to eventually go there to pay for it. JV and the sales and finance staff was very accommodating. My parents went to the dealership at 5pm, but actually didn't finish the buying process until way after the closing hours. They end up taking the car home without actually paying for it. I was able to go to the dealership the next day, a Saturday, when I finally met JV in person. We talked about what my parents liked about the car and I felt everything went very well. We started talking about fast cars which is what I'm into. Anyway things turn out real well. We purchased a car that has more equipment than I had planned for only a smidge more than I had budgeted. More
