She explained all my options, and gave her opinion knowing my situation and needs in a vehicle. I will definitely go back to her when my lease is up. More

Helped at every step of the process Shaun was not your typical salesperson where they would push the sale. The entire process and whether I should get my car made it easier for me to decide with Shaun giving me BOTH the pros and cons of my used car purchase. Joe and Shaun paired well together as a team and went as far as taking my to my home to gather paper work that I forgot since I wasn't prepared. Couldn't be happier! :) As a first time buyer they made it simple and once again did not push the sale (which surprisingly made me want to purchase my car more). Good job Lexus of Pleasanton! Horrible experience with the Finance Department Review is based on our experience dealing with Doug Cotton in the finance department. Just because of this , I will be sure to never do business with a Hendrick Dealership , and will make sure to tell all my friends and family to do just the same. He had he nerve to tell my wife and I to leave his office. Hashim took over and basically told us the same thing Doug cotton was trying to tell us, but in a normal and informative way, NOT in a rude, yelling, calling us "wish washy" whatever the xxxx that is? I am beyond pissed. We are loyal to the Lexus brand. Have owned almost the entire model line throughout the years. I will be writing Lexus Corporate, Hendrick Auto Group Corporate. I may even retain an attorney as I felt discriminated for being a minority. I don't think Doug Cotton would treat other people like he treated us. More
