Purchased this car about six months ago. I found the process okay, the salespeople to be professional and willing to work with me to complete the deal. The first service turned out to be a pleasant experience. Very clean environment, well organized service personnel, professional and courteous. My appoint was on time and completed promptly. The big suprise occurred after I returned home. I received an email with an attachment video showing the service person walking me through his process, showing me all the points of his routine. As a technical person myself, I have an appreciation for the video. As for the next question, I have a pollicy not to make recommendations to friends unless they ask for one specificallyly. However, if I should buy another car, this dealership would be considered. More

I brought my 10 year old RX 350 in to replace the drive belt (also called a serpentine belt). The car has only 65,000 miles on it but it's over 8 years old so they recommended that I have it done. Plus, the previous owner may have been using the car to tow things. Ron Ng was top notch in terms of service. Very knowledgeable and efficient. After about an hour and a half waiting in the lounge watching TV and drinking a free vanilla flavored cappuccino, my car was ready. I wanted to look at the part that was replaced. Lexus seemed a bit reluctant to show it to me but Ron prevailed and brought it out to me before I left the service area. It was still in pretty good condition but Ron was noticed some micro cracks and I noticed that the rubber seemed to be hardening. Anyway, it was another pleasant experience from the very professional folks at Lexus of Pleasanton. More
