They worked with us as from the beginning of the IS 300 T search to the final signature and happy take off in the new car. Both were very knowledgeable, professional and really customer-oriented. I was very impressed by their attention to details. With the help of Jeremy and Marina we were able to find and buy IS 300 T2016 car, but absolutely new looking with very low mileage, and a price that we were happy with. Finally, the whole pleasant adventure to the dealership was capped by professional, knowledgeable, and nice Marina, who in a friendly manner explained all the gadgets use and abilities of the car. Will always use their services and recommend them to my friends. Thanks a lot! More

They made my buying experience enjoyable and as a frequent buyer, I can say with confidence that this is not always the case. There was a delay in refunding the cost associated with the extended warranty, but it has been resolved. The team worked diligently to ensure my request was processed and kept me updated along the way. I appreciate the follow-up and the transparency. We do not expect individuals or organizations to be perfect, however when there is an issue, we expect for those involved to be honest about the issue and any limitations so that the customer has realistic expectations. With that said, the staff did a great job in this area. Thank you!! More

Lexus of Pleasanton would normally become the least likely place we buy a car consider how far it is from where we live, San Francisco. John Lee changed all that. He's not your typical pushy, happy harassing car salesmen. He's honest and patient. He makes the effort to figure out what you really want and need. We would defiantly buy a car again from John. We would defiantly drive all the way from North Bay to Pleasanton for our next Lexus. More

I came into Lexus of Pleasanton with the thought of just looking. However, John Lee was so easy to work with and made me feel so comfortable that I ended up purchasing it. He really gave my wife and I time get familiar with the HS 250h. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured. It was a pleasure doing business with John. To make a long story short, there was a minor issue with my recently purchased used vehicle that 5 stars for Drew Hopkins and the service department. To make a long story short, there was a minor issue with my recently purchased used vehicle that needed correcting. My appointment was made quickly, the issue was diagnosed within a day, and I was loaned a nice new Lexus SUV to drive while repairs were made. Drew Hopkins made this process extremely easy and pain-free. I highly recommend working with him. More
A Dealership that truly cares! When my new 2019 RX350 was broken into, before I even made the first monthly payment I was so distraught. I couldn't believe that happened to me, and the hassle I thought it would be to get it fixed. I spoke with the Lexus Parts Department, and ordered my glass, and they let me know that it would be there the next morning, thankfully! My usual Service Advisor Nick Wilson took excellent care of me, and my RX. I knew that glass had gotten everywhere on the inside because I had tried to vacuum it out myself, but there was so many nooks and cranies that my vacuum couldn't reach, and had cut my hands in a few places, I gave up. I hadn't needed to worry about it. The technician who worked on my car, Gregorio made sure that he cleaned out everywhere in my Lexus so diligently that I have no worries about my daughter cutting herself on the class like I did. I was so thankful that they took so much time to take care of my car! Thank you Lexus of Pleasanton! More
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I purchased a used Lexus less than a month ago. I live in Stockton and there is no Lexus dealer here. I made an appointment at the Pleasanton Lexus fo I purchased a used Lexus less than a month ago. I live in Stockton and there is no Lexus dealer here. I made an appointment at the Pleasanton Lexus for 11:00 on 6/10 and there were accidents and traffic and I called to say that I would be about 30 minutes from the looks of it. I could not get a person and then I pushed a button and got a message that said to leave a message and they would get right back with me. They never got back with me. When I got there I eventually was told to follow this lady to a service agent named Nick. He saw I had an appt. and went out to get my car ready. He came back and said that he would not have an SD card for two weeks after he ordered it. He said that the person making the appt. only wrote down that a software update was needed. He said the car also needed a few recalls performed. He said he too busy. I asked him if could check on my warranty. He led me out and told me to make a new appt. in a few weeks. I asked what about the warranty he was supposed to check on and he said oh yeah. He went back to look at his computer and told me I have until October 2019 for the warranty. He rushed me out and told me it was time to go because he was busy. He was rude and I will not go back to that Lexus dealer and will try the next closest one which is Modesto. I drove two hours to get there and more to get home and there is no excuse for that sort of treatment. He said I hope you have something else to do in this area since you are here and I said I didn't and he said " well I will walk you out. " More
