2020 RX 350L AWD Jeremy Halden did an excellent job working with me to find a car that met the required features I wanted. Frustration was not with Jeremy or Lexus of Pleasanton but with Lexus with the package and option combination limitations. I wanted an RX 350 AWD that included cold car package, kick sensor for rear trunk door and heated front seats. None could be found anywhere. Lexus does not seem to be putting this in RX 350 at this time. Ended up purchasing a RX 350L AWD that did come with those 3 items I really wanted. Ended up costing more. Not happy with that aspect. Again Jeremy did a great job (over 3 hours) trying to find a car to meet my original requirements. More
Service departmnet mayhave made my vehicle issue worse I have used the service department at Lexus, Pleasanton several times before and have previously only had positive experiences. My visit last week w I have used the service department at Lexus, Pleasanton several times before and have previously only had positive experiences. My visit last week was not as positive. The sunroof on my RX 330 was not operating properly. The roof would retract back and forth appropriately but would not properly close shut. I took it to the service department for an examination. After a day they informed me the sunroof cables were broken and needed to be replaced. I elected not to replace the cables at this time and took the car home. At home, I found the sunroof was completely non-functional. The roof would no longer move at all and made a screeching sound when I attempted to move it. In summary, after the service department examined the sun roof the problem was far worse and I suspect the roof cables were broken while being examined. I feel the service department was not forthcoming about what happened to my vehicle while they were examining it. More

Great service. Sick service adviser resulted in delay As usual, Lexus of Pleasanton provides superlative service. Unfortunately my service adviser got sick and thus me being informed of the completion of As usual, Lexus of Pleasanton provides superlative service. Unfortunately my service adviser got sick and thus me being informed of the completion of my RX took an extra day that was not necessary. I believe a better method of dealing with a sick employee's cases would help this situation. My adviser was fantastic when I saw him on Saturday, but instead of getting my car back on Monday, it was Tuesday instead after I had to call Monday night to find out what the status was. More
